Jack Osbourne opened up on 'secret' wedding to wife Aree who became 'bonus' mum to his daughters

Jack Osbourne previously offered a rare explanation of his low-key wedding to his wife, Aree Gearhart, back in 2023.

While he may be leaving his mark in the jungle alongside the likes of Angry Ginge, Aitch, Alex Scott and others on I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!, the media personality tends to keep his private life quiet.

A dad to four daughters, three of whom he had with ex-wife Lisa Stelly, Osbourne is now married to Aree Gearhart (now Osbourne), having tied the knot back in 2023.

It came four years after the son of Ozzy Osbourne and Stelly filed for divorce, with the reality TV star going public with Aree just months later.

He admitted that it was going to be 'very difficult' being apart from his wife and kids, and even had a heartfelt moment on camera when speaking about the recent death of his rockstar father, who passed away just four months ago.

According to Hello! Magazine, Aree is an interior designer who was previously a magazine editor. She announced their engagement in a heartfelt post on Instagram, describing him as her 'best friend' who proposed 'in a magical winter wonderland', adding that he was 'ready for forever with you'.

They got married in September 2023, as Osbourne opened up on their small wedding when speaking to Entertainment Tonight, describing it as 'an awesome, perfect great weekend' that couldn't have been better.

"We planned to always have a small wedding, then the plans changed a few times. It all came together very quickly and it was just really nice. It was maybe like 25 guests, and it was perfect," he said.

The pair had their first child together before the wedding, announcing the news in March 2022, and welcoming a daughter the following summer.

"My soulmate, Maple Artemis Osbourne, came to us earth side on July 9, 2022 at 8:07 pm. new level of love unlocked," Aree said on Instagram, sharing the news with fans.

Aree is not only a mum, but a step-mum to Osbourne's three daughters from his previous marriage, and in 2023, she posted a picture of her with her daughter and step-daughters, writing in the caption: "To all my girls - thank you for making me a bonus mama + mama. my life’s purpose has been found in each of you."

She also put up an emotional post following the passing of Ozzy, calling him 'the coolest father-in-law around', adding: "The world got a rockstar but we got an ice lolly loving, goofy, big-hearted guy who made us laugh like no other.

"He was always in my corner and I forever am thankful to him for raising my husband and blessing me w my family. We got Nana always, Papa. Keep giving us all those signs from above.

"We'll keep your name loud, your stories alive, and your love wrapped around us like armor. Forever our guy."
