Doctor Warns 'Human Ken Doll' His Nose Could Fall Off

He's had three rhinoplasty surgeries in just over a year.

Rodrigo Alves has spent an incredible amount of money over the years to get his body and face looking 'perfect'.

The 33-year-old has had virtually every part of him tucked, pulled, cut out or filled since he began his transformation as a young man.

But a doctor has warned him that there is one part of his body which cannot undergo anymore surgeries. Rodrigo has had three operations on his nose over the past 12 to 15 months in the quest to, again, get it 'perfect'.

When he visits his doctors, Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow, they tell him that they can't even look into his nostrils because there's virtually no skin left.

Check out what they say next in an episode of Botched.

The Brazilian native says he's really nervous about the prognosis, and who wouldn't be when you've stopped being able to breathe through your nose. It's not the first time he's had complications with his nostrils, as he developed an MSRA infection from staph bacteria.

Doctor Nassif says: "This is one of the worst results and complications that I've seen in my entire career."

But that's not the bad news.

He goes on to tell Rodrigo: "The issue is that what we call the soft tissue envelope-that's the skin. By you having three surgeries in a period of 12 to 15 months destroyed your tissue. The skin's no good.

"Your nose on the inside you have no airway. And it's short. So this is all scarred together. And now, since you just had surgery three months ago, it's going to scar down more. It's in a healing phase.

"If you try to insult your skin one more time now while it's healing, there's a high possibility that if you let one of these doctors touch your nose now, this will turn back and then die and fall off."

Not exactly the thing you want to hear when you treasure your face.

He's admitted in the past that his looks are deceiving: "People say to me that I look so fit, but, darling, my abs are fake. My arms are fake and full of filler.

"I'm not fit at all. I can't even run a mile. I am out of breath and shaking and about to faint at any moment. But I am trying."

It's estimated that the 33-year-old has spent roughly half a million dollars on getting his look, which includes a set of silicon abs. That surgery alone cost £22,000.

Rodrigo is able to afford the surgery because his grandparents left him with property and he inherited quite a good asset, which is where he makes his income.
