MrBeast's company Beast Industries strongly denied allegations of sexual harassment from a former member of the social media team, calling them 'categorically false'.
Deadline reports that Lorrayne Mavromatis filed a suit seeking a jury trial against YouTuber MrBeast, real name Jeremy Donaldson.
The lawsuit claims Mavromatis, who worked for MrBeast between 2022 and 2025, was 'excluded from otherwise all-male meetings, demeaned in front of colleagues, [and] harassed' by the company.
It also alleges that she 'experienced and observed other female employees be subjected to sexual harassment', claiming former Beast Industries CEO James Warren had her meet him in his home 'while commenting on the way she looked in her clothes'.

The suit also claims that Warren dismissed a complaint she made about 'unwelcome advances' from a male client as 'nothing', and that 'she should be honored that the client was hitting on her'.

Further, it alleges that Mavromatis once asked Warren why Donaldson didn't work with her on certain projects and the lawsuit claims he told her she was 'a beautiful woman and her appearance had a certain sexual effect on Jimmy'.
Other allegations include Donaldson telling her he would only be in her video shoot if she got him a beer, with the lawsuit claiming this was 'meant to demean her' as she looked for one 'when it was known Donaldson didn't really drink' and that he didn't drink the beer in the end.
Beast Industries told Deadline the claims in the lawsuit were untrue and they had the 'receipts' necessary to back up their denial.
They said: "This clout-chasing complaint is built on deliberate misrepresentations and categorically false statements, and we have the receipts to prove it.
"There is extensive evidence - including Slack and WhatsApp messages, company documents, and witness testimony - that unequivocally refutes her claims. We will not submit to opportunistic lawyers looking to manufacture a payday from us.”

Another allegation in the lawsuit claims that Warren had told Mavromatis: "Jimmy gets really awkward around beautiful women. Let’s just say that when you're around and he goes to the restroom, he's not actually using the restroom."
The lawsuit says after that she started wearing baggy clothing.
However, a representative for Beast Industries again strongly refuted the allegation and called the lawsuit's claim 'disgusting'.
They said: "This is an allegation fabricated for the sole purpose of sparking headlines.
"It’s also disgusting that the lawsuit is exploiting Jimmy’s eye condition and Crohn’s disease - two medical conditions he has been publicly open about - in their attempt to secure a multimillion-dollar payday."
