YouTuber Jack Doherty has spoken out after video footage showed him appearing to be involved in a brawl with a fighting legend backstage at the Anthony Joshua vs Jake Paul fight.
While Joshua and Paul pair were going head-to-head at Miami’s Kaseya Centre in Florida on Friday evening (19 December), it turns out that they weren’t the only people to be fighting at the venue.
However, it this time, it wasn’t on the schedule to happen.
As fans were in the crowd cheering (or booing) when Joshua ended up breaking Paul's jaw in two different places, Doherty was allegedly attempting to diffuse a situation after he and his mates were caught in a scuffle.

Doherty, who is famous for his prank videos on YouTube and has amassed over 15 million subscribers who watch him pull the craziest stunts, was seen behind his security detail as a former UFC champion was swinging fists and kicking three others he was with.
This comes just one month after it was reported Doherty could be facing seven years in jail for potential drug crimes.
According to reports, Andrei Arlovski was upset that someone had bumped into him, leading him to punch and kick the group of men.
The 46-year-old holds the record for most wins in UFC heavyweight history (23), while 22-year-old Doherty is most certainly not a professional fighter.
However, he apparently appeared to try to mediate things and urge his group of friends to leave and simmer down.
Thankfully, Arlovski then seemed to calm down in the viral footage before leaving with a partner.
Since the video reached mega heights on social media, Doherty has responded to the incident on X, sharing his version of events.
According to the YouTuber, he was totally innocent of any wrongdoing and claimed it was an unprovoked attack.

He wrote in a series of tweet: “I was just walking by and he tries to kick me for no reason and that’s how it all started… I literally didn’t say or do anything to him but I’ll always be the bad guy in the situation lol.”
He went on to call people online ‘old twitter f****’ and claimed people were jumping on him and making him the ‘bad’ guy because he’s young and rich.
He wrote: “How did I start the Andrei Arlovski fight? Watch the video u old twitter f**** u guys just point the finger at the kid who’s half ur age and way richer than u I would do the same tho.”
Finally, he went on to double-down and alleged that Arlovski 'randomly tried to kick me when I was walking by’, thus starting the brawl.
But people online were not convinced.
One wrote on X: “Do they even know who Andrei is?”

Another said: “I can’t quite understand why you would want to fight an ex UFC champ, but that’s just me.”
A third added: “The guys nicknamed Pitbull for a reason. These kids need to know who they messing with.”
And one said: “Y’all picking fights with old UFC champions?? You think there isn’t a good chance they have enough left in em to track you clean out?? Tread lightly man.”
Arlovski has not made a comment online about the incident.
