Brothel boss Catherine De Noire allows her staff to make their own rules amongst clients.
The European establishment she calls her second home, which shuts its doors for just four hours per day and welcomes anywhere between 500 and 1,000 customers during opening hours, is not a free-for-all for these high-paying horn dogs.
In conversation with VT, the part-time PhD student and OnlyFans model revealed there are certain sexual acts that will be rejected on site, if her workers are not comfortable with the requests.
"We let each of the workers decide," she said. "We have women who've worked with us for many years, and they don't do the full service."

But what are we talking here? The weird and wild, or just downright reprehensible?

Discussing her staff's varied boundaries, Catherine went on to share: "One of them specialises in squirting. So all she does is squirt on people.
"Sometimes the girls do tantric massages, sometimes they only do a strip show, so that is up to them.
"Sometimes the client can come, and [maybe] he's too big, or she doesn't feel good about doing XYZ with him," elaborated the manager.
"I always tell the girls, 'Look, you need to decide, you're an independent contractor, and if the client looks weird, or if he wants to do something with you that you don't want to do with him, just tell him no.'
"Someone can do anal sex with one person, but then she can refuse to do anal sex for a second person, for any reason."
It's totally down to each girls' discretion.

This comes after Catherine explained the legal brothel's imperative 8-second rule that keeps everyone safe inside the building.
Thanks to the presence of panic buttons, the boss can enforce this so-called 'strict protocol'.
"All rooms are equipped with panic buttons," she shared on her social media platform.
Although they're far from obvious in the intimate space, they're extremely important.
“Every worker knows exactly where the panic button is located in their room, and they are trained on how and when to use it. If a situation becomes uncomfortable, threatening or escalates into an emergency, the worker can press the button quickly and quietly. The panic button doesn't make any sound in the room itself, which is deliberate, so the client remains unaware that an alert has been triggered, preventing the situation from escalating further.
"However, the moment the button is pressed, a siren sounds in the security office and the room number is displayed immediately on our monitors," Catherine noted.
When this happens, the brothel's security are able to respond swiftly.
"We operate under what we call the 'eight-second rule'. This means that, once the panic button is activated, security staff must reach the room within eight seconds. This isn't just a guideline, it's a strict protocol."
