Going on a cruise holiday can be expensive, of course, but just how expensive it is can often depend on the type of room you choose.
While the average cost of a room per night starts at around $150 (£115) per person, there's one room on a Royal Caribbean ship that could cost you $4,000 (approx.. £3,000) per night.
The room can be found on the Royal Caribbean's Utopia of The Seas cruise ship, and will set you back a whopping $24,000 (approx. £18,000) per week, or $4,000 per night.

Just to put that into perspective, with that £18,000, you could buy a hot air balloon, a car, or even put down a deposit on a new house or flat.

Or for the full £18,000, you could have bought Winston Churchill's false teeth. Although, I'm not sure why you would want to?
Royal Caribbean cruise ship worker Bryan James has once again taken to TikTok, to give us an inside look at the most expensive cruise ship room we've ever seen.
As James explains, the room - the Aqua Theatre Suite on deck 8 - comes with a giant balcony that wraps around the room, while also providing the perfect view of the entertainment below.

And if that's not good enough, he goes on to explain that he believes the room also comes with a private butler who is on call 24/7.
The room also features a large living room, which can be used to entertain guests, or simply chill out in the evenings.
It's undoubtedly a nice room, but not everyone is convinced that it's $24,000 per weeks worth of nice.
Firstly, when showing the master bedroom James states that it 'honestly isn't huge' and continues to say 'but it gets the job done'.

As one TikTok user points out, 'it gets the job done' is not $4k worth, which is honestly hard to argue with.

Another user backed this up by saying: "I didn't see a single thing that made that room worth 4000 a night."
Although there were a few people who were quick to defend the price of the room, with some of them saying they would happily splash out $4,000 per night on the room if they had the money.
The vast majority of users who saw James's walkthrough of the video agreed that they were not convinced it was worth such a massive price tag.

Yeah, it might be a nice enough room, but as a few people on TikTok have said, most people go for the ship's entertainment, vibe, and the destinations, not to hang around in a room, so why spend that much on somewhere you're likely just to sleep in.
