So, what are the T&Cs?
When you pick up a Mystery Holiday voucher, you’re agreeing to the full terms and conditions, so make sure you’ve had a look at those here.
Each package is based on two adults travelling together, meaning you’ll need to buy two vouchers to get the headline price. Every trip includes at least a two-night stay, return flights, and accommodation that’s rated three stars or above.
If you're flying from a regional airport outside of London, there’s a £40 per person supplement to factor in. Flights are only available on selected flight routes too, and while you can request changes, they’re subject to availability and may come with extra charges.

Your destination is assigned at random within one of the set tiers, based on the travel dates you choose, and you won’t find out where you’re going until after you’ve plugged in your voucher – once it’s revealed and redeemed, the booking can’t be refunded just because the destination isn’t what you hoped for.
After you redeem your voucher, you’ll receive an email to confirm your booking details, and you’ll need to reply within 24 hours to lock everything in. If the Foreign Office updates its travel advice and your destination becomes a no-go, they’ll offer you another location within the same tier.
Vouchers are valid for 28 days from the date of purchase, and an admin fee will be added based on your checkout basket total.
