Biohacker Bryan Johnson has shared five simple things you can do that’ll help ‘if you’re struggling in life’.
Johnson has spent the last few years going to extreme lengths to ‘reverse’ his biological age.
In the past, Johnson has revealed that he’s made efforts to ‘de-age’ his penis and erections, injected himself with his son’s blood, and engaged in a next-level morning routine that takes almost five hours and involves exercise, time in the sauna and focused shockwave therapy on joints.
He’s also taken the ‘world's most powerful’ hallucinogenic, which he later dubbed the 'most profound experience' of his life.

And his highly scientific plans to boost longevity have even extended to his girlfriend Kate Tolo, who he recently revealed has a top 1% vagina.

Thankfully, however, his latest bit of advice to those who are ‘struggling in life’ is very straightforward and doesn’t require penis measuring or injecting the blood of your loved ones.
Sharing a short bullet point list on Instagram, he advised:
- Final food four hours before sleep
- Screens off 60 minutes before bed
- Read a book 10 minutes before sleep
- Light in eyes when waking
- Exercise daily
He added: “Do it for seven days straight. It works. I promise.”
Despite his Herculean dedication to staying young, Johnson did recently reveal that he willingly ‘increased [his] biological age by 13 years’ after taking a 17 hour flight from Los Angeles to Australia.
The 48-year-old was happy to take the long journey all in the name of love, as he jetted off from the US to meet Tolo’s parents in Australia.

But he still took time to share his thoughts on the impact, writing: “Modern life has tricked us into thinking travel is good.
“It's kind of barbaric for the body.”
The biohacker claimed that all the markers for his body went in the wrong direction after flying, and said if you really must travel by air then you should only go once every three months, as he reckoned it took a day per timezone travelled to recover from the journey.
"I hope that this is my last international trip for a very long time," he added.
In a follow-up comment, Johnson said that his age will ‘bounce back’ but warned ‘the biological cost of travel is not a price tag that people are aware of’.

De-ageing his penis

While the thought of it may make you wince, Johnson has been putting his manhood through the wringer in the hopes of bringing back his '22-year-old penis'. From semen analysis and blood flow testing to Botox injections and shock wave therapy, he seems to have done it all.
The biohacker claimed to have been able to lower his 'erection age' by over half thanks to this long-winded ritual.
As well as keeping track of his own 'erection data', Johnson has also been controversially comparing the stats to his 19-year-old son's.
Injecting himself with his son’s blood

The biohacker went viral in 2023 after sharing that he'd come together with his then-17-year-old son and his 70-year-old father to take part in what he described as 'the world’s first multigenerational plasma exchange'.
The process saw Johnson have a litre of his blood removed and separated the plasma. He then had the same amount of his son's plasma infused into his veins.
However, after seeing 'no benefits', Johnson announced he was 'no longer injecting my son's blood'.
Instead, he said he 'upgraded' to 'total plasma exchange'.
Psychedelics

Last year, the biohacker documented his trip after taking 5g of magic mushrooms. Afterwards, he admitted he was 'happy to be alive', and the experience had 'changed' him, but 'probably not as you’d expect'.
Johnson also shared the effects of taking 27mg of the 'world’s most powerful' hallucinogenic, 5-MeO-DMT, which left him 'stunned beyond comprehension'.
An extensive morning routine
