Floyd Mayweather Buys New Grandson A Diamond-Encrusted Rolex

Floyd Mayweather has splashed out on a diamond-encrusted Rolex watch for his five-week-old grandson. Well, let's face it he was hardly going to buy Mothercare vouchers, was he?

Mayweather's daughter Yaya gave birth to a little boy Kentrell Jr with rapper NBA Youngboy.

And despite being mere days old, the youngster is already being spoilt rotten by his famous granddad.

Sharing a snap of her son's teeny little wrist and the chunky gold Rolex, Yaya wrote: "KJ's papa got him his first Rolex," and tagged Mayweather in the post.

The watch appears to be a customised Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust, which have prices starting at £32,000 - but with the fancy diamond customisation it could have cost hundreds of thousands.

And the perks of being a millionaire's grandson didn't stop there, because his mum also shared a snap of the newborn on his first ever trip on a private jet. Alright for some, eh?

While you have to admit the baby's little wrist wearing that giant Rolex is pretty adorable, Mayweather's former opponent Conor McGregor got a very different reaction when he showed off his latest million dollar timepiece.

The UFC star shared snaps of his gold watch, which cost an eyewatering $1,000,000 (£735,000), and wrote in the caption: "New watch new suit new whip alert."

I'm surprised he can lift his arm carrying that about.

According to The Sun, the watch is a Jacob & Co's Astronomia Tourbillon Baguette with a 'total of 342 invisibly set, baguette-cut diamonds' on the backdrop and a further '80 invisibly set, baguette-cut diamonds' on the lugs.

But not all of his followers were won over by the fancy watch, with one person writing: "Sums him up. I think it looks gaudy like something you'd get in a lucky bag.... not sure if you can still get lucky bags."

Another added: "Money has only bought this man gaudy accessories. The state of this... Looks like a lucky bag...."

A third person asked: "Ya but does it even tell the time?" while another said: "I feel I need a degree in astrology just to be able to read that thing."

Ah, well, you can't please everyone can you?
