Bodycam footage of Justin Timberlake struggling through sobriety tests before his drink driving arrest has been released.
The 'Cry Me A River' singer, 45, was seen telling cops about the now-infamous 'world tour' he was on, while also explaining how his 'heart was racing' after being pulled over.
He was ultimately hauled off in handcuffs in Sag Harbor, New York, back in June 2024, and spent the night in a cell - which is a situation that he described as 'wild' to police officers.
Timberlake's legal team had fought to block the release of the footage, arguing it was an 'unwarranted invasion of personal privacy', according to court documents seen by the New York Post.

His lawyers said it would cause 'severe and irreparable harm to his personal and professional reputation' and result in 'public ridicule and harassment'.
But they agreed to the release of the bodycam video Friday (20 March) after acknowledging it 'does not constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy under' the US state's public information law.
Take a look at a portion of the hours of footage here:
Timberlake was pulled over in a 2025 BMW after driving through a stop sign and weaving out of his lane, before officers then noticed his 'bloodshot and glassy' eyes.
Cops also reported that the Grammy Award-winning pop star 'had a 'strong odour of an alcoholic beverage emanating from his breath' while driving through the affluent village in the Hamptons.
Timberlake claimed he only had 'one martini' with friends.
However, court documents released at the time stated that 'he was unable to divide attention, had slowed speech, was unsteady afoot and performed poorly on all standardised field sobriety tests'.
In the footage taken in the moments prior to his June 2024 arrest, Timberlake was tasked with walking in a straight line, standing on one leg and completing a Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN) test.

At one point, the Friends With Benefits actor complained: "These are like really hard tests."
He struggled to follow the instructions officers had given him when performing walk and turn test, as they advised the hitmaker to go 'heel to toe' along an 'imaginary line'.
After stumbling a few times, Timberlake then thrust his hands in the air to tell the cops: "You guys... guys. I'm just following my friends back to my house.
"I'm not, like, I'm not doing anything - I'm just following my friends back to my house," he said, before being asked to finish the tests, to which he replied: "Sure."
He went on: "Sorry, I've never done this so, I'm just...I'm sorry, I'm a little nervous...Sorry, my heart is racing."

Timberlake also told officers he was in town because he was 'on a world tour', saying: "Hard to explain...World tour. I'm Justin Timberlake."
When it was decided that the Tennessee-born music star was being taken into custody, a female friend said to the cops in shock: "You're arresting Justin Timberlake right now?"
She later asked to talk to Timberlake but was told she wasn't allowed, before the woman then added: "Can you guys please just do me a favour? Because you loved 'Bye Bye Bye' or like 'Sexyback', do me one favour!"
He was placed in the back of the police car and could be heard asking cops to clarify 'why they were arresting him'.
Footage shows how he was transported to a police station and told he will be held overnight, to which Timberlake says: "I'm going to be here all night? You guys are wild, man."

He is then placed in a cell and can be heard asking for the lights to be kept on when the doors are locked.
In September 2024, Timberlake pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of 'Driving While Ability Impaired' (DWAI). He was slapped with a $500 fine, 25 hours of community service and a 90-day suspension of his licence.
Timberlake also agreed to give a public safety announcement about the dangers of drunk driving as part of the plea deal.
Leaving court after the sentencing, he said: "This is a mistake that I made, but I’m hoping that whoever is watching and listening right now can learn from this mistake.
"Even one drink - don’t get behind the wheel of the car."
