Big fan of McDonald's' curry sauce? Let's face it, who isn't? Well it turns out you can now have it with anything you want because Tesco sells a version for just £1 that tastes 'just like' the fast food giant's own.

Someone posted a picture of the bottle on the gift that keeps on giving - that's right, the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group - giving other Maccies fans a heads-up about their find.

They captioned it: "This curry sauce is so nice, tastes just like the McDonald's curry dip."

The post positively racked up the likes and comments, with many people tagging their mates so that they could join in with the excitement.

Meanwhile, another person quite dramatically said: "The answer to all my problems."

A description of the sauce says that it's 'warming and sweet', with a fairly simple yet appealing serving suggestion of dipping your fries in it.

And that's not the only sauce related news I have for you. The latest addition to the family is none other than Big Mac Special Sauce, which will be available in dipping pots for the first time ever for McDonald's customers in the UK and Ireland to buy.

A limited run of the dipping pots will go on sale on 12 February, and they're expected to get snapped up quickly.

The sauce will come in 50ml pots and will cost 50p each, with a seven-day shelf life - not that they'll last that long, I'm sure.

While they'll be available 24 hours a day, once they're gone, they're gone, meaning you'll probably have to act fast if you want to nab some for yourself.

If you're not in luck this time, or if the limited-edition taste merely sparks an obsession that you must continue to feed, there is a way to recreate the sauce at home, according to one chef.

Miguel Barclay is known for his 'One Pound Meals' series on Instagram, which last year included a homemade Big Mac.

The 35-year-old says his doppelganger of the classic burger takes only minutes to makes and tastes just as good, despite costing just 92p.
