
When it comes to looking and feeling better there are few things better for the human body than working out.
It's not just the many supplements that might be good for our health when it comes to going to the gym, as gaining muscle and fitness can only really be a good thing for how we look and feel. Or can it?
Well, one lad is seemingly determined to show that working out doesn't always have the best aesthetic results, as he's essentially been training just one side of his body for over a year.
The 'crooked man' first went viral last year by showing off his attempt to push back against the 'looksmaxxing' influencers we see online, by training just his left trapezium muscle near his neck.

He quickly showed off some pretty staggering results, emphasising just how much a strict training routine can do for the body, even if it is only just on one side.
His left side is now significantly bigger than his right side, producing a rather lopsided look, and it seems as if the content creator wasn't going to stop there as he's now shown off the results of training his left bicep for more than 300 days.
Joking that he was training to go pro in badminton, one of the only sports where you only need one hand to play, the young influencer showed off his bizarre biceps.
Even though his training programme has been going on for some time, it's still leaving first-time viewers shocked, with many wondering whether or not it's actually going to benefit his body.
While working out one side of the body might be better than not working out at all, you have to wonder how his spine and neck are dealing with his new crooked look.
Dr Suhail Hussain previously told LADbible any benefits to what The Crooked Man was doing were likely to be 'outweighed by the risks'.

The doctor said there 'may be some short-term positives' but warned about the 'clear musculoskeletal imbalance this man is developing'.
He warned such an approach could result in 'spinal misalignment, joint strain, compensatory injuries in surrounding muscles and even chronic pain'.
"The body is designed for symmetry and balance, so distorting that through disproportionate hypertrophy risks long-term orthopaedic problems," the doctor said, as he warned there was 'no real functional benefit' to overtraining one muscle in the body.
So, hopefully the young lad does plan on levelling things out once the novelty of it wears off, although the sad reality is that as his social media following continues to grow past the 100k followers mark, he is far more likely to continue putting his health at risk.
