A woman with natural 32OO boobs says her social media accounts were suspended after onlookers complained that they were AI.
Tianna Moon, from East Anglia, suffers from a rare condition called gigantomastia, which causes rapid breast growth.
According to Cleveland Clinic, the rare condition 'where your breasts become excessively large can cause pain, infection, discomfort and issues with body image'.
The issue was brought to light after the 30-year-old lost three stone on Mounjaro, and from being 19st at her heaviest, her boobs got bigger instead of smaller.

After doctors found that her breasts grew from an L cup to an M cup, she was diagnosed with gigantomastia in 2024.
Her breasts have since continued to grow after a further two stone weight loss to a OO cup.

Now, Tianna says her Instagram and Facebook accounts were temporarily banned following speculation that her chest was AI-generated.
“Typical breasts have a high fat content. With gigantomastia, breast tissue is made up differently," Tianna, an OnlyFans creator, said.
“Whether they’re seeing a change in my body – due to my weight loss after my gastric sleeve – rather than my breasts and thinking ‘they must be fake’.
“They’ve said ‘Isn’t AI good’ or ‘nice to see you’ve AI’d them’, all on unedited pics. I just took the photo and uploaded because the lighting was good."
Tianna joined OnlyFans in 2021 after an injury meant she couldn't continue to work. She now makes around £10,000 a month on the adult subscription platform.

"After Covid and furlough I decided I wanted to work for myself and be in charge, manage my own schedule and still make money," she said.
“Most of the AI comments were from Facebook and some from Instagram but because they’re both run by Meta they’re both somewhat connected," Tianna added.
“It took a couple of hours to get all of them back.
“I have five Instagrams, some relatively new accounts and I lost them all at once for the exact same thing and thought, ‘that was odd’.

“It’s not something I’ve come across or heard of before. I don’t really think there’s anything I can do. I’m open with my diagnosis about it and talk about it a lot.
“If people are making assumptions based on a video that has popped up there’s nothing I can do apart from keeping talking about it.”
Meta said: “Our policies apply to everyone and, while we always work to apply them as accurately and consistently as possible, no system is perfect and sometimes we make mistakes.
"That’s why we offer the opportunity to appeal the decision if you think we’ve made a mistake - and you can now do this directly from the Account Status tool.”
