A woman with size N breasts has revealed the rare diagnosis she was given after seeking medical help.
Summer Roberts, from Scotland, has suffered with larger breasts for most of her adult life, and carries 25kg of weight on her chest.
Summer, 25 has since spoken out about the impact this has had on her physical and mental health, explaining that she would have panic attacks in dressing rooms and often struggled with every day tasks.
“I hated myself so much,” she said.

“I actually hated my boobs. I would have panic attacks in dressing rooms. I often wear the same few things because finding clothing that accommodates my bust and the rest of my small frame is nearly impossible.”

Summer explained that she often suffers physically, especially when carrying out house work or exercising.
“If I'm cleaning my house or cooking, or walking around, I have to wear a bra because my back will hurt if I’m doing any activity when I’m not wearing a bra," she said.
Although Summer went to the doctors multiple times to ask for a breast reduction, she was allegedly refused.

Eventually, however, Summer was diagnosed with a condition called macromastia, where someone has excessive breast growth.
Macromastia symptoms include a headache, neck and shoulder pain, a rash, back ache and upper extremity paresthesias.
According to Boston Children's Hospital, research has shown that 'macromastia has a substantial negative impact on health-related quality of life, self-esteem, physical symptoms'.

While Summer has now quit her day job to start OnlyFans, she has in the past struggled both at work and socially.

“My ex-boyfriend’s mum hated that I had big boobs," she said. "She’d tell me all the time to get rid of them.”
Meanwhile, Summer would face challenges while working in restaurants, too, experiencing hostility from customers over her breast size.
“When I worked in restaurants, girlfriends would snap at me for being polite to their boyfriends. I’d think, 'I don't want your dusty man - I’m just doing my job,'" she added.

After starting on the adult platform, Summer says she loves her new found freedom and no longer has any unpleasant experiences at work.

"I love being able to buy my friends whatever they want and take everyone out for dinner," she said.
"For me, it’s never about the money - I just genuinely love my job and the freedom it gives me.
"I don’t have to go out and be harassed at work anymore, and that means everything."
