A sperm donor who has 150 kids around the world has fathered six more babies during lockdown and says the restrictions haven't slowed him down.

Joe Donor says there are five women currently carrying his baby, with one woman giving birth earlier this year, meaning he's on track for his target to knock up 10 women in 2020.

Joe, from Vermont in the US, says he spent most of lockdown in Argentina after he got stuck there while on a trip to donate his sperm - but now international travel is back up and running he's in London and set to meet five women this week.

The 49-year-old says he's been as busy as ever since March and is hoping British women who are in need of sperm get in touch while he's here.

Joe, who keeps his real name secret, said: "I have about 150 kids worldwide but there's currently five women pregnant with my children and one already born.

"Coronavirus hasn't slowed me down and I feel busier than ever.

"I love seeing photos of the babies when they're born as a lot of them do look like me.

"I don't financially gain from providing my sperm to women, I just enjoy helping people.

"Luckily I run a few online businesses so I'm always available and can provide sperm whenever they're ovulating.

"I had travelled to Argentina to provide sperm to a few women who had contacted me online but I ended up getting stuck there until international flights resumed a few weeks ago.

"I'm now in the UK for a few weeks and hope to help as many people as possible fall pregnant."

In his quest to help women have babies, Joe has travelled across America as well as the UK, Italy, Singapore, the Philippines and Argentina.

He's been donating since 2008 and reckons he averages about 10 babies per year.

Joe offers both sexual intercourse and artificial sperm insemination - and says around half of his children are a result of having sex.

He added: "I offer both options and although the natural way has a higher success rate, I do understand that it's not for everyone.

"Some of the women are lesbians and would not want to have sex while others are married but their husbands are infertile.

"There's not a single charge for the 'sperm pot' as I do just enjoy making the world a better place. Some women do offer to help with travel expenses if they live far away.

"I always feel great when I know there has been a birth."

To make sure things are safe, Joe gets annual health checks and says he's happy to have them more frequently if a woman requests it.

Once finished in the UK, Joe will be heading to his hometown while he awaits more requests for his semen.

"I'm contacted by women all over the world via Facebook or email," he said.

"I don't mind travelling as I can work wherever I need to in the world.

"I'm hoping that as lockdown eases in some parts of the world again, it'll be easier to travel more frequently."
