Kanye West posts 'Skete Davidson dead at 28' following Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian's split
Kanye West has weighed in on the news of Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson's split, sharing a fake headline that reads 'Skete Davidson dead at age 28'.
The rapper has been pretty outspoken about his disdain for Pete Davidson - who he's nicknamed 'Skete' - ever since the 28-year-old comedian started dating his ex-wife last year.
So much so that Ye, 45, released a music video back in March in which a claymation version of himself chucks a bag over the head of a Davidson figurine before kidnapping him on the back of a motorcycle and burying him alive.
It'll come as no surprise that he had something to say about the SNL star's split with Kim, which was announced by E! News over the weekend.

Following nine months of dating, the outlet said the pair decided to part ways due to their busy work schedules.
In an Instagram post shared today (8 August), Ye didn't hold back, sharing a picture of the fake The New York Times cover which takes a jibe at Davidson.
Just below the headline, it reads, "Kid Cudi meant to play funeral but fearful of bottle throwers," an apparent reference to the rapper's recent Rolling Loud performance which had to be cut short after he was pelted with bottles on stage.
Hundreds of people have already commented on Ye's post, with one writing: "LMAO u gotta chill brozay."
"The bottom of the newspaper got me weak," said another, while a third chimed in, "Take a lil nap, we love you, but take a moment."
As said, this isn't the first time West has appeared to roast Davidson, having repeatedly bashed the comedian in a series of social media posts in which he refers to him as 'Skete'.
According to Urban Dictionary, ‘Skete’ means: "A pale, skinny white dude who’s banging your ex."

She believes that 'the obvious reason for Kanye, or Ye as he is now known, using "Skete" in this context is so that he can trash [talk] Pete Davidson without specifically identifying him and avoid any potential legal ramifications, such as defamation, for example'.
As for why the rapper focused 'a concerning' amount of negative attention on Davidson throughout his relationship with the mother to his four children, Clews suggests that it could be down to his 'rampant narcissistic qualities'.
The Zoe Clews & Associates founder added: “He is an uncontained individual with a monstrously voracious ego and an unaddressed Messiah Complex (which is the desire and compulsion to redeem or save others or the world, or harbouring the delusion of being divine).
"And he unfortunately and unwisely chooses to process his emotions on social media rather than taking a more constructive and helpful approach to his mental health by venting his feelings to a therapist or in a safe space.
"Rather than take responsibility for his part in the end of the marriage and process the painful feelings that he needs to heal, he’s looking to offload the blame elsewhere and he’s decided that Pete is that somewhere.
"It’s another classic symptom of narcissism - an inability to take responsibility for your own actions and instead blame others."
Of course, this is all speculation and Ye is yet to undergo any formal analysis for narcissistic tendencies.
But whatever the case, it appears he's content with the recent news - we can only imagine who's next in his firing line.
