Britney Spears' Sons Skip Her Wedding To Sam Asghari As Ex-Husband Crashes Nuptials

The pop icon's mother, father and sister, Jamie Lynn reportedly won't be in attendance either.

Britney Spears is getting ready to walk down the aisle to marry fiance Sam Asghari.

TMZ reports that the pop princess will wed Asghari during an intimate ceremony of around 100 people; however, her mother, father, and sister,Jamie Lynn are not on the guest list.

Kevin Federline's longtime attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan confirmed to PEOPLE that her son’s Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, will also not be in attendance but are ‘happy’ for their mother no less.

"They're happy for their mum and they are hopeful that Sam and Britney are starting a great future together," he said.

"It's their night and they didn't want to take [that] away from them."

TMZ reports that her first husband, Jason Alexander (no, not the actor from Seinfeld), showed up trying to crash the event, with security quickly intervening.

Jason went live on Instagram as he approached the event, telling security his former lover invited him. Security then physically reprimanded him as his phone froze; however, he continued to live stream from Spear's house.

Wow...man, in the words of Elsa from Frozen, let it go.

Spears has been planning to tie the knot since September after her boyfriend popped the question with a ring he designed himself, according to Harper’s Bazaar.

He told the outlet: "I figured with her taste, she wouldn't want something super big and super celebrity. Celebrities get that million-dollar ring. And usually, it's free because it's for promotion, but I want it to represent something."

US Weekly reports that the two met on the set of the music video ‘Slumber Party’.

However, Asghari, who also played a construction worker in Fifth Harmony’s ‘Work From Home’ music video, admitted he almost ruined his chances with the pop icon.

While introducing herself, he mockingly said, ‘sorry, what’s your name again?'’.

And apparently, the joke didn’t land too well with the ‘Oops I Did It Again’ singer.

But despite the awkward attempt at humour, the two began dating five months after their first meeting.

The singer shared with CBS Radio’s Fast in the Morning With Nathan Fast on AMP 103.7 that the fitness model snuck his number into her bag.

She said: I kept his number, and it was so weird — it was like five months later, and I found his number in my bag. I was like, ‘He is really cute. This guy is really cute.’

“So I called him. He is just a fun and funny person.”

It’s nice to see things are finally looking up for the singer, after the tumultuous few years battling the end of her conservatorship and most recently suffering a miscarriage.

Spears shared the devastating news earlier in May via Instagram, disclosing she had suffered a miscarriage early into her pregnancy.

In part, she wrote: "We will continue trying to expand our beautiful family. We are grateful for all of your support. We kindly ask for privacy during this difficult moment."
