Liver King says he's going 100% natural following steroid use reveal

The Liver King was recently outed for his steroid and growth hormone use, but he now says he's going all-natural

The Liver King has claimed that he is now going to be training 100 percent natural following his outing as a user of steroids and growth hormone.

Here's his apology after getting caught out:

If you aren’t aware of what has been going on in the Liver King’s world, or know nothing about bodybuilding, that might just have been a strange collection of words.

And you’re not alone, honestly.

Anyway, the Liver King is a 45-year-old bloke called Brian Johnson who attributed his supreme fitness to – you’ve guessed it – eating food such as liver and other offal, as well as living by his ‘Nine Ancestral Tenets’ in a rural setting.

All in all, a fairly strange man to begin with, but then it all came crashing down a few weeks ago.

Leaked emails showed that TLK (as we’re going to call him) had been taking a load of stuff that isn’t natural in order to maintain his admittedly impressive physique.

At first, it was suggested that it might all be a load of nonsense, but instead of denying the accusations, Johnson just came clean – figuratively speaking – and admitted it.

The Liver King admitted to using steroids after being exposed in an email.

He said that he ‘f***ed up’ and ‘misled’ his audience about his lifestyle and diet.

In a video, he said: “I’m making this video to apologise because I f***ed up,

“Because I’m embarrassed and ashamed.

"Because I lied and I misled a lot of people.

“Before social media I was rich and anonymous and after social media I’m still rich but no longer anonymous and I never expected this kind of exposure in the public eye.

“It’s been tricky as f**k to navigate…

“Clearly, I did it wrong and I’m here now to set the record straight.

“Yes, I’ve done steroids and yes, I am on steroids monitored and managed by trained hormone clinicians.”

Now, he has said that he’ll keep living the lifestyle, but this time he’s doing the natural thing for real.

He was asked about what comes next and whether he’d go natural on the FLAGRANT podcast, and he answered: “I believe so deeply in this message, in the nine ancestral tenets and the ancestral living, the answer to your question is yes."

He recently said he was now going to stick to a natural lifestyle.

He later added: “This is my time to just f***ing do it all, to say it all.

“I get this one opportunity to just be completely f***ing honest about everything – I’m gonna do this thing.

“I f***ed this whole thing up, I have learned from this, the thing I have learned is I’m not doing this again.

“Now I’ve got this responsibility, this obligation.

“There are so many silver linings to this – do you know how much better this is going to be for my health?”

So, there you have it – we’re going to see a new Liver King from here on out, one who doesn’t do anything for his health other than consume the innards of animals and whatever on earth the ‘nine ancestral tenets’ are.
