Man branded ‘master of his craft’ after sneaking extra bag onto his flight for free

People are flocking to social media in stitches over a man's epic travel hack sneaking another bag onto the plane for free.

People are flocking to social media in stitches over a man's epic travel hack sneaking another bag onto the plane for free.

Forget the 100m sprint or shot put, fitting everything into a barely bigger than a ruler carry-on bag and making sure it weighs little over a feather should be an Olympic sport - oh and don't even get me started on the tiny dribble of liquids you're allowed.

There's only so much rolling of my clothes I can do to fit my three daily outfit options plus shoes, straighteners and all other essentials into my bag in a desperate bid to avoid paying the price I paid for the actual flight for a check-in bag.

However, one man has been caught on camera hacking the system and it's so simple but absolutely genius.

How long did it take you to spot it?

A user named Elyukaa (@elyukaa) posted a video to TikTok after spotting a man sneaking past the gate with an extra bag in his possession.

We've all added a few layers to our outfits to try and get away with bringing more with us on holiday, but this man's hack is utterly hilarious.

Question is, would you have the guts to give it a go too?

In the video, a queue of people can be seen lining up at gate number five.

A man in a blue jacket and red cap can be seen going past a member of airport staff after having his boarding pass and passport checked armed with a holdall bag in his right hand.

But if you look closely, there's something amiss - something a bit bulky poking out from his back, concealed underneath his jacket.

The caption reads: "When you don't want to pay for that extra bag."

The music playing over the TikTok video sings out: "Don't be suspicious... Don't be suspicious."

Andddddd he's through.

People have flooded to the post in hysterics over the man's travel hack to sneak extra luggage onto the plane.

"Man that was clever even I didn't see it," one TikTok user said.

Another wrote: "I didn't even realise."

"He made it!" a third cheered.

A fourth commented: "That's not his first time."

And a final resolved: "20kg of something inside that bag. He is a master of his craft."

Fear not if you can't quite pluck up the courage to give the sneaky hidden backpack hack a go, because another TikToker has shared a different hack and all you need is a trusty pillowcase to help you sneak those extra few outfits on board.
