A self-proclaimed 'time traveller' on TikTok believes that aliens will land on earth tomorrow in an intergalactic war. Watch them explain their theory in the video below:
The 'time traveller' has over 3.9 million likes and 611,000 followers on the platform and claims to want 'to help humanity'.
Username @aesthetictimewarper has posted a clip on the platform, predicting that on Wednesday 11 August, a Perseid meteor shower is going to hit Earth.
The video features text placed over a background of crashing waves, presumably to emphasise the stormy turmoil that awaits us. Or something.
The TikToker said: "Yes, I am a real time traveller from the year 2714, sometimes amazing happens on August 11, 2021.
"There will be a very large meteor shower that lasts for 2 weeks, it will be seen in the Northern hemisphere, containing the Nozic Message.
"One of the meteors will seem different than all the others, that is because it is a ship landing on Earth, starting preparations for the first Nozic War.
The clip was posted yesterday and swiftly racked up more than 300,000 views and almost 12,000 likes.
As you can imagine, users were quick to voice their opinion in the comments section.
One user tried to call out the TikToker, writing: "First thing I would do as a time traveller: create a TikTok."
However, @aesthetictimewarper was prepared for that one, replying: "I have been here since end of 2020, this account was created beginning of June, I was studying what it was like."
Fair enough. I mean, I was expecting a bit of a juicier comeback but I guess you can't argue with that.
A second user joked: "Going to happen right when they turn on that 5G."
Whilst a third user wasn't having any of it, concluding: "Nothing he's said has come true. Tell us something legit."
Maybe the next prediction will be the one?
Last month (July), @aesthetictimewarper asked us to pencil in five upcoming dates that might be of interest to some.
Attempting to hit back at their haters, they wrote: "Many of you still don't believe I am a real time traveller, so remember these five dates."
Dates and events were given in US format so month/date/year.
They said: "8/3/21: Nasa finds a mirrored Earth, opposite gravity, physics, motion."
Hmm. Just interrupting here to say I'm pretty sure that one didn't happen, so here's a few more things we can keep an eye out for instead.
The post continued: "9/14/21: A Category 6 hurricane hits South Carolina, the worst in history."
"10/20/21: 8 humans receive superpowers from extreme energy of the Sun."
"12/14/21: 3 Teenagers find a T-Rex egg and a device to open a portal to an alternate universe."
"2/2/2022: Atlantis is found in the Atlantic Ocean, housing human-fish life."
I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
