Amazon Is Selling An Inflatable Speedboat With Built-In Drinks Cooler

If you've ever stared on enviously at rich people enjoying copious amounts of champagne with other rich people on their expensive speedboat, join the club. But now, fellow peasants, we too can have a glimpse into the life of a millionaire.

Well, kind of, because Amazon is selling this inflatable speedboat that fits six people and is just the ticket to luxury for those of us who have normal jobs.

The Inflatable Bay Breeze Boat Party Island (mouthful init) is apparently 'perfect' to be used both on dry land and in water, and is 'designed for maximum comfort and hours of relaxation'. Sold.

So all you need to do now is think of five mates, round them up and get them a bevvy on your own personal speedboat.

The inflatable includes an inflated rear swim platform with five handles to make it easy to get in and out of, eight cup holders (who has just one drink at a time?) and that all important built-in cooler to chill your beverage of choice.

There's also a bench seat for you and your pals to chill and watch the waves roll in from the sea, or you know, stare at your garden wall.

The inflatable is pretty massive though, measuring in at about 20 feet long x 10 feet wide x 3 feet tall and weighing about 60 pounds. This might seem boring but it's pretty vital information - you're going to need to know if it will fit in your garden or in your luggage if you plan to take it on holiday with you.

The customer reviews all comment on the fact that it's bigger than they expected, and also say that it takes a good 20 minutes to pump it up. On that topic - it's not one you can do by hand, you will need an actual pump or you risk passing out, and nobody needs that.

Now, let's talk money. How much does it cost? Well it's not as expensive as a real speedboat, but it is one you might need to 'splash' out on a bit (sorry).

Prices on Amazon currently start from $216.79 (£171.09) and go up to $269.99 (£213.08) - so if you can blag some of your pals to split it with you, it's perfectly reasonable - you'll probably pay more for the luggage fees.
