A nurse could lose his job for a plan he allegedly concocted to watch a couple of bouncing boobs.

Aaron Kibaja has been hauled before a disciplinary hearing at the Nursing and Midwifery Council tribunal to answer to allegations that he deliberately set off his hospital's fire alarm so that he could watch a colleague running through the halls.

This is just one of several claims levelled against him during his misconduct trial.

He's accused of setting off the alarm at Highbury Hospital's dementia ward in Nottingham in 2012 with the sole purpose of perving on a colleague. It's alleged seconds later he mimicked the female colleague's running and imitated her bouncing breasts.

Other women have come forward to say that Kibaja said sexually explicit things to them in the corridors and staff rooms.

In 2015, when a colleague came back from work after recovering from a wrist injury, the father of four allegedly said her partner must be annoyed because 'she couldn't give him a hand job' and then said at least she could still give them a blowjob.

Kibaja also came out with some other phrases like 'Can I touch your bum?', 'I could give it to you from behind' and 'Go on, you want to'.

If that wasn't bad enough, women have said that he would stand in the doorway so that an employee would have to touch him to get through and he even allegedly called a person, told them that he missed them and was breathing heavily.

During the hearing, Kibaja has denied the claims, saying: "From the time the allegations was said about me it has never been the same, not only for myself - I am a father with four kids. I so love my wife - I married her in 2015.

"That was in February and the allegations came around the time I lost my dad in December. From the beginning I am telling the truth and only the truth and that is what I will still say now."

When he was asked why he reportedly told a colleague she had a 'fine rump' he hit back saying that he was talking about the steak he would be having that evening.

"The conversation was around what individuals like to eat and drink and I recall me saying I drink Jack Daniel's and Amaretto and the fact that my wife was a vegan, but when I go out I will have a steak," he said.

Okay - sure mate.
