A woman who was filmed punching Supernanny when she was little has spoken out about her experience on the show. Watch her swing for Jo Frost:

Meghann Cooke, now 25, appeared on one of the most explosive episodes of the show with her two sisters, and she took a particular disliking to poor Jo. She regularly posts her videos on TikTok.

She was just nine years old at the time, but now she has shared what it was like to actually appear on the noughties TV show.

Meghann, who is from Bishop Stortford in Hertfordshire, was on the show with despairing parents Paul and Denise, and sisters Gabriella and Erin.

The family was at breaking point, with the episode showing plenty of shouting matches and fights between the children and their parents.

At one point, Meghann's outburst was that bad that she climbed up on to the table between Jo and her dad, desperately trying to violently attack Jo.

She replies to viewers' questions regularly, with one asking: "Were you embarrassed when you watched it after it came out? Did you actually hit Jo or was it scripted?"

To which Meghann replied: "The first time the show was aired, I watched it on the TV in my bedroom, my mum and dad watched it downstairs and my sisters were asleep, they didn't watch it.

"I remember crying when it finished and my mum came upstairs and said she was sorry, she was crying and I was crying.

"And it wasn't scripted, me hitting Jo. I lashed out, a lot."

People can't seem to let Supernanny go, in fact Meghann is always getting questions from curious followers, who are intrigued as to what it's actually like to appear on such an iconic show at such a young age.

She says on another video, talking about what goes on behind the scenes: "It wasn't that it was staged or that we were set up in situations, but our routine was fully changed.

"We were used to getting ready in the morning, watching TV, getting our hair done, having our friends round.

"Um, and weren't allowed to watch the TV because, obviously, copyright reasons they can't have the television on.

"We weren't allowed to have friends around because they shouldn't really have our friends in the video - and we weren't allowed to wear certain clothes, like, we weren't allowed to wear clothes with branding and stuff on them."
