'Iranian Hulk' Is Punching Concrete Walls To Train For Martyn Ford Fight

Sajad Gharibi is set to fight Ford in a boxing match in London on 2 April, which was been dubbed as a bout between 'the world's scariest men'.

Keen to flaunt his scary man credentials, Gharbi has posted a video of his bizarre workout regimen, which sees him punch concrete walls, rip apart melons, bend metal and t**t tyres with a sledgehammer.

Captioning his post, the 29-year-old said: "YES THIS IS PERSONAL... Iranian Hulk never stops.

"See you April 2nd @martynfordofficial."

Clearly, the chap is freakishly strong, but I can't say I've ever seen Tyson Fury train for a fight with any of these exercises.

Indeed, opponent Ford poked fun at his preparation methods.

He said: "While he's bending spanners, punching walls, cutting bones and chewing crayons ... I will put myself through the most vigorous fight camp EVER ... I will PROVE to a lot of people what I'm about that night."

Ford said the fight has come about after Gharibi said things that 'can't be taken back' and he is in absolutely no doubt about who will come out on top in the ring.

However, he admitted that viewers were unlikely to be treated to the most technically impressive fight.

Posting on Instagram, he said: "I would absolutely LOVE to put on an event you guys will NEVER forget, this to me is very personal.... things have been said that can't be taken back, by numerous people in his circle.

"I will release exactly what at the press conference and YOU will see just why this is so personal to me.

"I can't promise you the most technical fight in the world .. BUT I will promise you that I will bring my absolute EVERYTHING and turn this into an EVENT you will NEVER forget..

"I would absolutely love to pack this arena out and have 20k screaming friends and family show this guy EXACTLY what it means to be strong enough to stand up for what you believe in."
