Anthony Joshua made a chilling gesture just seconds after he knocked down Jake Paul.
The pair went head-to-head at Miami’s Kaseya Centre in Florida on Friday evening (19 December).
The match lasted for six, three-minute rounds before Joshua claimed victory with a right-hand blow.
The powerful shot ended up breaking Paul's jaw in two different places, with the YouTuber-turned-boxer ending up in surgery on Saturday after sharing an X-ray photo from the inside of his mouth.

In a recent social media post, Paul updated his fans on his health.
Alongside a picture of him sitting up in a hospital bed, he wrote: "Everything went smooth. Thanks for all the love. Lots of pain and stiffness. Gotta eat liquids for 7 days.
"S/o to the amazing team at Miami University hospital. Everyone was so gracious and caring."
He added: "Two titanium plates on each side. Some teeth removed. Have to have only liquids for 7 days, so no @doghausdogs."
Following the fight, fans noticed an eerie gesture that Joshua made following the blow.
Walking into the centre of the ring as Paul fell to the floor, Joshua faced the crowds before giving a 'cut throat gesture'.
But, despite his victory, Joshua admitted it wasn't his 'best performance'.
He said: "It wasn’t the best performance. It wasn’t the best...the end goal was to get Jake Paul, pin him down and hurt him. That has been the request leading up. That was on my mind.
"It took a bit longer than expected, but the right hand finally found the destination. Jake Paul - he’s done really well tonight. I want to give him his props.
"He got up time and time again. It takes a real man to do that."

Meanwhile, Paul explained that in the end, his cardio let him down.
"Anthony's a great fighter, I got my ass beat, but that's what this sport's about," said Paul. "I think my jaw is broken by the way.
"Yeah, it’s definitely broke. But man, that was good. A nice little a** whipping from one of the best to ever do it.
"I love this so I’m going to come back and get a world championship belt at some point.
"It was just so much handling his weight. If I had better cardio I could have maybe kept on fighting. But he did amazing and he hits really hard."
