In lieu of actual military success on the battlefield, Russia has turned back to sabre-rattling as loudly as it can with a threat to strike 23 targets across the UK in the event of World War III.
It's been over three-and-a-half years since its supposed three-day invasion (or 'special military operation' as they called it) of Ukraine began.
The results have been catastrophic for both countries, with thousands dead and millions displaced in the biggest conflict in Europe since the Second World War.
While Russia has managed to take some Ukrainian territory, it has thoroughly failed in its objectives of launching a quick strike that would overthrow the government and install a pro-Putin puppet.
Russia likes to moan a lot about the UK, and Putin's propagandists have often spoken about the places in Britain they would bomb first in the event of all-out war.

Rogozin posted a map highlighting UK defence-related sites as Russia's 'targets', which included military bases in Barrow, Plymouth and Glasgow.
Solovyov declared that 'they'll just get what's coming to them', which is a threat he's made repeatedly.
Just in case it does all kick off, there's a couple of places you'd probably prefer to be at the moment it all happens.
You'd probably need to be something pretty senior in the government to get in here (Alex Segre/UCG/Universal Images Group via Getty Images) Pindar Bunker
Located beneath the Ministry of Defence's main building in Whitehall, construction on this bomb shelter was finished in 1992, just after the end of the Cold War.
It was built as one of the places where the British government could continue to function should it need to take such shelter.
Pindar Bunker has been built to withstand all kinds of attacks, including radiation, chemical weapons, biological attacks, flooding and even indirect nuclear impacts.
However, if you think you're the main character in life and you'll be one of those to survive here, then you'll likely be disappointed to hear that it's only built for around 400 people at 'an absolute maximum', so your chances of getting in are slim.
Basically, if you want to get in here, then you should probably aim to get some sort of position in the government or become one of the MoD personnel tasked with staffing the bunker.

Beneath Wood Norton Hall is a bunker which served as one of the BBC's centres of operation during the Second World War.
Again, only a select few people would be getting in here, but it's built to survive and operate through bombing attacks.
The building over it has since been sold off and become a hotel, so if you get wind of WW3, you might want to be in the right location and book a trip there.
After all, the speed at which bombs and missiles can go now means you wouldn't get much warning to get into your bunker.
