The full list of celebrities who could testify in the Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni trial has been revealed following a new filling by Blake Lively.
Whilst previous filings from Baldoni and his legal team have hinted at the big names that may be brought into court, Lively’s new filing specifically names some of the celebrities and executives who could be called upon to back up her claims.
This comes alongside Lively’s claims that she suffered $161,000,000 in damages as a result of the smear campaign she alleges Baldoni carried out against her.
The ongoing legal battle dates back to the pair’s time together on the 2024 film It Ends with Us.

Lively alleges that Baldoni began a retaliatory smear campaign against her after she raised sexual harassment issues, whilst Baldoni claims that public opinion naturally swung against Lively over her attempts to wrestle control off him on the set of the film.
With a court date set for March of 2026, any potential public court proceedings could lead to some huge names being brought to the stand.
Taylor Swift

Undeniably, the biggest name who may be called to the stand is Taylor Swift.
The popstar is a close friend of Blake Lively, with a court ruling finding that texts between the pair can be included in the case due to the potential they discussed the conditions of the film set.
Swift’s team has hit out at Baldoni, claiming that he has been trying to ‘drag her’ into the saga since the summer of 2024.
Baldoni has alleged that Swift was among a number of ‘dragons’ who pressured him to accept script rewrites in a visit to Lively’s apartment.
Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman

Lively's husband Ryan Reynolds has played a major part in the Baldoni lawsuit, with Baldoni accusing him of trying to get him dropped from his agency, leading to a separate lawsuit against the Deadpool star.
Jackman’s involvement may relate to allegations by Baldoni that Deadpool & Wolverine features pointed shots at the It Ends with Us star.
Featured in the film is ‘Nicepool’, a variant of the character who comes out with lines like ‘Where in God’s name is the intimacy coordinator’, and ‘it’s okay, I identify as a feminist’ when called out for making comments about a woman’s body.
Part of Baldoni’s claim is that this character was created to mock him, which could see Jackman dragged into the case.
Jenny Slate, Emily Blunt, and the HAIM sisters

Jenny Slate’s involvement should come as no surprise in her being the most high-profile co-star who was on set alongside Lively and Baldoni.
Slate previously showed support for Lively, saying: “As Blake Lively’s cast mate and friend, I voice my support as she takes action against those reported to have planned and carried out an attack on her reputation… I admire her bravery and I stand by her side.”
Blunt and the HAIM sisters, Alana, Este, and Danielle, were likely included due to their friendship with Lively, as her legal team may be trying to relay her state of mind during filming via testimony.
Candace Owens, Scooter Braun, and Perez Hilton

The filing includes some utterly bizarre names, including far-right political commentator and conspiracy theorist Candace Owens.
Owens is listed in the filing under ‘the parties alleged conduct’ and ‘the retaliation campaign alleged by Ms. Lively.’
The same applies to celebrity blogger Perez Hilton and controversial music Prodcuer, and new boyfriend of Sydney Sweeney, Scooter Braun.
In addition to this numerous big and/or relevant names have been included in the filing, including the film’s Intimacy Co-Ordinators Chelsea Cary and Lizzy Talbot, WME CEO Ari Emanuel, and Coleen Hoover.
Add to that Kjersti Flaa, the YouTuber who posted an interview with Blake Lively that saw the actor face heavy criticism, as well as strategists Lively accuses Baldoni of hiring for a smear campaign, Melissa Nathan and Jennifer Abel.
