Police have released the first images of a 'person of interest' as the investigation into Charlie Kirk's murder continued.
The 31-year-old was fatally shot during a talk at Utah Valley University yesterday (10 September), with the suspect still on the loose.
The FBI in Salt Lake City has just released pictures of a man dressed all in black wearing a cap and sunglasses, similar to a previously released description of someone dressed in black of college age.
They are now asking for the public's help in identifying him, having already questioned and subsequently released two members of the public.

Videos released in the aftermath of Kirk's death, which was confirmed a few hours after the shooting yesterday, captured someone on the roof of a building close to where the talk was taking place at the university campus.
President Donald Trump was one of the first to confirm that the right-wing political activist had passed away in a post on Truth Social.

He wrote: "The Great, and even Legendary, Charlie Kirk, is dead. No one understood or had the Heart of the Youth in the United States of America better than Charlie.
"He was loved and admired by ALL, especially me, and now, he is no longer with us. Melania and my Sympathies go out to his beautiful wife Erika and family. Charlie, we love you!"
Further details have been confirmed today as police investigate Kirk's death, with a rifle discovered in the woods close to the university, while a breakthrough in identifying the killer was also confirmed earlier this afternoon.

Beau Mason, the commissioner of the Utah Department of Public Safety, said today (11 September) that the FBI has tracked the movements of the shooter and has 'good video footage' of him.

"We were able to track the movements of the shooter starting at 11:52 am," he said. "We have tracked his movements onto the campus through the stairwells, up to the roof, across the roof, to a shooting location.
"After the shooting, we were able to track his movements as he moved to the other side of the building, jumped off of the building and fled, off of the campus and into a neighbourhood."
There were also messages 'engraved' on the bullets which were used to shoot the media personality, who was known for founding the conservative organisation Turning Point USA in 2012.

Kirk was answering a question about gun violence when he was fatally shot in the neck, in what is only the latest in a long list of gun-related murders in the United States.

Former presidents Joe Biden and Barack Obama, as well as current UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, have all posted tributes to Kirk on social media, condemning the killing of Kirk.
Starmer wrote: "My thoughts this evening are with the loved ones of Charlie Kirk. It is heartbreaking that a young family has been robbed of a father and a husband.
"We must all be free to debate openly and freely without fear - there can be no justification for political violence."
An active investigation into locating the suspect is currently ongoing.
