President Donald Trump and Elon Musk appeared to put their differences aside on Sunday (21 September) while attending Charlie Kirk's memorial service.
The pair were pictured shaking hands as they sat beside each other in Arizona's State Farm Stadium, which was strategically chosen as the venue for the funeral of the late right-wing activist.
Tens of thousands of mourners paid their respects to Kirk yesterday at the event which had super strict security measures, alongside a host of high-profile and political figures in the US.
Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio were among those who spoke at the event from behind bulletproof glass, dubbing the Turning Point USA founder a 'hero'.

Kirk's wife Erika also addressed the crowd and announced she 'forgives' her husband's killer, while further details of the fatal shooting were also revealed by a close associate of Kirk.
Trump, 79, also took to the stage to pay tribute to his late ally - although he bizarrely went off on a tangent about supposedly finding 'an answer to autism'.
He described Kirk as a 'martyr for America’s freedom', adding: "I know I speak for everyone here today when I say that none of us will ever forget Charlie. And neither now will history."

During an interlude between the many speeches at the memorial service, it appeared as though Trump and Elon Musk took the opportunity to mend fences.

The former pals had quite the epic bust-up earlier this year, resulting in the Tesla boss resigning from his role as the head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
Musk accused the commander-in-chief of reversing all the good work he had done in government with the controversial 'One Big Beautiful Bill' Act, and before we knew it, the pair were engaged in a savage public slanging match.
The billionaire claimed that he was the reason why the President was sitting in the White House, before extraordinarily alleging that Trump was listed in the Jeffrey Epstein files.
Meanwhile, the President suggested that his friend-turned-foe was suffering from 'Trump Derangement Syndrome', after leaving the White House and that he was was firing low blows out of bitterness.
People thought the former dynamic duo would never find a way to forgive and forget after all of this drama - but Trump and Musk put on a united front at Kirk's funeral on Sunday.

The pair shook hands and chatted, and now, a professional lip reader has revealed what she believes they were talking about.
Trump was seen patting Musk on the knee and according to the founder of LipReader, Nicola Hickling, he then said: "All good."

She said, as per the Mirror US: "Trump then leaned in and said, 'I think we should stop this and say something now'. Donald turns to Dana [White] and says, 'Did you know about this?'"
The expert also told the Daily Mail that the President asked the SpaceX CEO, 54, that the duo appeared to discuss finding a way forward.

Hickling claims that Trump asked Musk 'how are you doing' as they greeted one another, before adding: "So Elon, I've heard you wanted to chat..."
When UFC boss Dana White chimed into the conversation, the POTUS supposedly said: "Let’s try and work out how to get back on track. I've missed you."
Musk shared a snap of him and Trump pictured together at Kirk's funeral in a post on X alongside the caption: "For Charlie."
Kirk was killed on 10 September after a single bullet struck him in the neck while he was speaking at Utah Valley University.
Tyler Robinson, 22, has been charged with aggravated murder and could face the death penalty if he is convicted.
