Mum Buys Daughter Disney Version Of Cards Against Humanity And Regrets It

Mum Buys Daughter Disney Version Of Cards Against Humanity And Regrets It

For many of us, Disney films have played a huge part in our formative years, teaching us some of life's hard truths and helping us deal with big issues like love and loss.

So when Amy Fanning's mum bought her daughter a Disney-themed card game, she thought it was the perfect present, a nice way of passing the time and reminiscing on her daughter's childhood.

But unfortunately for mother Debbie, this particular game was Cards Against Humanity, where the aim of the game is to assemble the most disgustingly warped phrases possible in order to make the rest of the players wince.

So, rather than sweet jokes about Simba and Peter pan, Amy's mum was faced with crude innuendos about 'Tinkerbell's titties', a drug-addled Dumbo, and allegations that Wreck-it-Ralph was actually a sex offender.

Some of the other gems that left Amy's mum speechless were 'Li Shang's micropenis', 'making Pinocchio lie while he's eating you out' and 'Kronk's boner concealing tent'.

Not exactly the kind of thing you want to be saying in front of your gran on Christmas day.

Amy shared her story on Twitter, writing: "My mam bought Cards Against Disney thinking it would be a nice innocent game and it's really not quite what she expected."

Speaking to LADbible, the 20-year-old said: "When she started reading the cards she was confused with some of the meanings on them but she giggled as we played the game.

"My mum's quite laid back but she was shocked initially when she had started reading the card."

But since that awkward first go, Amy says she and the rest of her family have really taken to the crude card game and haven't stopped playing it since.

She added: "We've played it quite a few times now it has became a family favourite of ours! However I would definitely recommend playing it once you've had a drink."

Debbie bought the crass card game after coming across an advert on Facebook. If only she had checked the game's website before buying it, she would have seen that it really wasn't what she was looking for.

According to the makers: "Cards Against Disney is a party game for horrible people. Unlike most of the party games you've played before, Cards Against Disney is as despicable and awkward as you and your friends!

"Cards Against Disney is a must for all adult Disney fans with an evil sense of humour. It's guaranteed to bring hours of laughs! You do not want to miss out on owning this game if you are a fan!"

According to the firm responsible for the game, the copy bought by Debbie was a fake. The actual game is only available as a download online.
