A woman who claims to have the 'world's biggest cheeks' has said that she wants to have more plastic surgery.
Anastasia Pokreshchuk, from Kiev, became famous for her unique facial aesthetics, and regularly posts about her life on social media.
She's also very open about her body and surgeries with her followers.

Recently, one of her curious fans asked her: "When will you do breast surgery and what size? And are you planning to do butt implants?"
She said that she wants to get breast implants, hoping to increase them to a D-cup, and commented: "Nature didn't give me any breasts at all."
Anastasia also said that she doesn't want to get bum implants, but she does went liposuction.
She added: "No I'm not planning to do butt implants because I will do liposuction and put the fat into my a**."

Her other procedures include lip fillers, veneers and tweaks to her jaw and chin, which she wanted to give her a more defined jawline.
And of course, she's had work done on her cheeks. She actually spent around £1,500 ($2,100) on her cheekbones.
The Instagram model recently shared a throwback photo showing her 263,000 followers what she looked like before she had her surgery.

In the photo, she can be seen with her natural looking brunette hair, brown eyes, light make up and no obvious fillers.
Anastasia took to Instagram to ask her 250,000 followers which look they preferred on her.
She wrote: "Transformation - 26 and 32. Who will you choose?"

While some weren't sold on her new look, the social media star loves her appearance.
She previously said: "After I had the injections and saw the changes in my cheeks, I fell in love with them. I understand that they look weird for other people but I don't mind."
Anastasia says the fillers have boosted her confidence, explaining that before she started getting the injections, she was too shy to post photos of herself online.

She explained: "I was ashamed of everything; my voice, my appearance. It was really hard work."
But after getting injections in her cheeks, her confidence levels flew up.
She continued: "I think I was ugly before. My mom thinks that I was naturally beautiful before, but now thinks I look more exotic and my friends say my new appearance is better because before I looked like a grey mouse."
Anastasia says her looks attract plenty of attention and she often receives messages from thirsty fellas, but has also had the odd nasty message.
"I've had people tell me I am an ugly b***h and that I should kill myself but when I see it I just laugh it off and ignore it," she said.
