The manager of 'one of Europe's largest legal brothels' has explained how pricing works for clients, as workers are able to earn up to €50,000 (£40k) a month.
Catherine De Noire began working in the sex industry at the age of 22 and nearly 10 years - and a degree in Psychology - later, and she now runs the x-rated establishment.
Although De Noire has not publicly disclosed the location of her brothel, she has been open in describing what it is like to work there, the brutal realities of working in the sex industry and her craziest stories about customers.
De Noire has also spoken about how lucrative working in the adult industry can be, previously telling LADbible that employees can make as much as £40k a month.

So how does the pricing work?

Speaking exclusively to LADbible, De Noire revealed the establishment does not use a 'fixed pricing' system for clients as it allows women not to feel 'pressured' into performing acts they're not comfortable with.
"Because the pricing is flexible, the women can adjust it freely and build their own financial strategy," she said. "We believe this is a much healthier approach."
The women who work in the brothel also choose the services they wish to offer to clients.

"For example, if someone only wants to provide massages, strip shows, anal, or BDSM services, she can," De Noire explained.
"This can also change throughout the week - for instance, during her period, she might still want to work but only offer non-sexual shows.
"It’s also up to her to decide what to offer to each individual client," she continued. "The only prices we set are the entry fee and the drink prices at the bar."
So how does this translate into earnings?

De Noire is quick to clarify that sex work is 'extremely unpredictable' and women can some nights go home with €5,000 (£4,400), while other nights they can end up not making any money.
"On average, a worker who comes 5-6 days a week earns around €15,000 (£13,000) - €20,000 (£17,000) a month," De Noire added.
"The top-earning women can make up to €50,000, while others who only come once or twice a month are perfectly happy with €3,000 (£2,600)."
When it comes to the rules which guests must follow to enter the brothel, it's pretty much what you'd imagine. Guests must be over 18, not visibly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, and treat staff with respect.
"Guests must show their faces [and] in very rare cases when someone carries a gun we have designated safes where they can lock it up before entering," she explained.

"We also keep an internal blacklist of people who are permanently banned from the club - usually those who seriously violated the rules in the past and required police intervention."
Naturally, De Noire is a vocal supporter of the legalisation of sex work, pointing out that it becomes 'much safer and more respectful when it’s legal or decriminalised'.
"Illegality only makes things more dangerous - not just for women, but also for their clients," she explained, pointing to America's historical prohibition on alcohol.
"If someone doesn’t like it, they don’t need to become a sex worker or buy these services," she added. "But they should let others do it in the safest possible conditions."
