A woman who runs one of the largest legal brothels in Europe has revealed what goes down 'after hours'.
Catherine De Noire works through the night from 7pm to 6am, and says her clients are from all walks of life.
Her top sex workers can earn up to $50,000 (£40,000) a month, catering towards a clientele that includes married men and women.
Catherine previously told LADbible that she joined the industry at 22 and is now 'the highest ranking person' in the company, besides the owners.

With the help of her psychology degree, she thinks her operation and management techniques set her apart from the stereotypical ‘pimp’.
She insists that her brothel is just like any other business, with employees, clients, CRM systems, documentation and, most importantly, standards.

In a video posted on her Instagram page (@kaitie_de_noir), she explained what her team get up during closing hours from 6am to 10am.
"In those four hours, around 20 people prepare everything for the next 18 hours of operation," she explained.

At 5:45am, 'the cleaning staff arrives' and 'their task is to clean approx 100 rooms, the bar, and all customer areas', Catherine says.
The maintenance team will join up with the group at 7am to 'repair anything that broke during the previous night'
By 8am, the manager explains: "Delivery truck arrives, it collects the used sheets and towels from the previous night and brings back fresh linens from the laundry service.

"The day-shift bartenders prepare the bar. They restock it with everything needed to serve customers throughout the day."

An hour after that, other departments like marketing, accounts, IT and HR arrive in their offices and work until 3/4pm.
"They relax in sweatpants, chat, and enjoy coffee before starting their shift," Catherine says.
At around 9:45am, she says 'everything is ready'.
"The club is cleaned, the bar is stocked, our team is dressed in their work uniforms, and fresh linens and towels are restocked," she adds.
"Any maintenance issues have been resolved and the club is ready for another day in business."

The doors open at 10am and 'so begin another 18 hours, with the cycle repeating after the last customer leaves'.
"Legal brothels like ours do not just provide a safer space for clients," she explained she to Newsweek.
"They offer sex workers a controlled environment, one where they can set boundaries, access support, and report any violations without fear of retribution or arrest."
