If the 'ghost that screamed' photo wasn't ominous enough already, some keen-eyed fans on Reddit have spotted a new detail which they feel changes everything.
In case you haven't seen the terrifying photo, it depicts a picture of a car that was taken moments after 16-year-old John Boulware was killed in a crash.
The teenage American was in a car that was heading to a Prince concert with his three friends on 27 December, 1984 but sadly the driver lost control of the car in foggy conditions, crashing into a tree.
John was the only one to die as a result of the accident, with the other three men managing to walk away with their lives.

When police arrived on the scene, a series of unsettling photos were taken as evidence, some of which included 'anomalies' that simply couldn't be explained.
I'm definitely a cynic but there's no doubting that the image features what looks to be a floating head, or 'screaming soul' of young John, moments after he tragically lost his life, something which people are arguing is 'proof of the afterlife'.
And now, when analysing some more of the images, another detail has been spotted which sees the story take on an even more heartbreaking and potentially mysterious theme.
Some people are noticing what could be the translucent outline of a dog, namely a chocolate labrador, that was John's family pet who had also passed away before the accident.
A psychic has theorised that his dog was sent to escort its master with other spirit guides to the afterlife, potentially proving pets have souls too.
Officer Brown Coyle, who took the pictures on his camera back in 1984, described the infamous image when speaking on an episode of Casefiles Unknown.
He said: “On the side picture of the vehicle, facing the driver’s door, above the vehicle, about even with where the front seat passenger would be sitting, there was a clear image of a face.
“It appeared to be in agony … a scream. It had distinctive hair and a distinct profile.
However, Coyle adds: “They could explain some of the small things that are in each picture, but each of them told me they can’t explain all of the things that are going on in one picture.
“There’s no explanation in my mind. And the experts haven’t been able to give me an explanation either.”
Celebrity psychic Matt Fraser also told the Daily Mail: “I’ve seen many images over the years that capture spiritual phenomena, but this one is truly profound.
“This photo was taken just moments after a tragic accident, and what stands out immediately is the ghostly face, what looks like a man screaming, rising above the wreckage. When I see this, I see the soul in transition."
