Man Catches Influencer On CCTV Stripping Outside His £2 Million Mansion

She was quite literally caught with her trousers down

An Australian influencer was quite literally caught with her trousers down recently after CCTV spotted her stripping off outside a luxury home to pose for photos. Check it out:

This isn't the first time this has happened to Nick McDonald, owner of the £2.2 million mansion located on the Gold Coast's popular Palm Beach strip.

In fact, the home has quite literally been designed to be 'show stopping', and so it's no surprise that influencers often stop outside the lavish facade to take a few snaps.

Even though he's come to expect it, Nick was taken aback by budding social media star Holly Cheesman when she quite literally stripped down to her bikini for the photo opportunity.

The homeowner shared footage captured on CCTV cameras, showing Holly as she hands over her phone to her friend before pulling down her trousers.

She quickly pulls them back up again as someone off-camera comes to the door at the Jefferson Lane mansion.

Speaking to realestate.com.au, Nick said: "I’ll often come home and there’s people in the driveway taking photos and they always get super-embarrassed, but this one was probably the most bold of them all.

"I pulled up and they kind of smiled and said, ‘You don’t mind if I get some photos here, do you?' then kept at it."

Holly later shared the photo on her Instagram page alongside the caption: "They never really leave, lack of self control."

The snap has received nearly 1k likes at the time of writing, although some commenters have since caught wind of the footage, with one person writing: "Imagine taking pictures outside a random's house."

But Nick - who owns Mactech Construction and is behind the renovation of the luxury duplex - went on to say that he takes the attention as a compliment.

"I guess if you’re designing a house as a photo shoot location you are trying to create those different aesthetics throughout the space," he explained.

The owner of the home says he takes the attention it receives as a compliment.

"And that is also how we approached the design of this project so it is well-suited from the perspective of its visual appeal."

As you'll see in the pictures, the exterior features plenty of cascading greenery and a glimpse of the elevated glass bottomed pool.

Inside you'll find a home cinema, three-person infrared sauna, sizeable wine cellar and even a private gym, among other features.

Ed Cherry, the Harcourts Coastal real estate agent who markets the home, told the Mail Online that Nick gets why it attracts so many influencers, stating: "He understands it's what comes with having a beautiful home."
