A Playboy model revealed that something that she did on a date made him leave her at the restaurant.

The Brazilian stunner got hyped up for her date with the man that invited her to a fancy dinner at The Shard in London, one of the hottest spots in the city.

However, she explained that after she took something out of her bag, her date left straight away.

Vanusa Freitas, 32, has over 116,000 followers on Instagram, and has featured on the front page of Playboy magazine, while also describing herself as a 'fitness bunny' in her social media bio.

Known as @euvanusafreitas on the app, she often shares snaps of her travelling adventures and exquisite fits for events that she gets invited to.

However, as with most models, Vanusa says that she is quite strict with her eating habits, especially if she's leading up to a shoot.

The model explained: “Not everyone understands that sometimes I have situations where I need to be 100% strict with my diet. When I have a commitment, like photo shoots, for example, I tend to be more radical.”

And her date found out about how radical she really is, as the Brazilian's dinner outing took a turn for the worst when she reached into her plastic tub at the fancy restaurant, only to pull out a plastic tub with a healthier meal inside.

She told NeedToKnow: “I didn’t want to go off my diet, so made the decision to take my own meal to the restaurant,

“I thought it would be a good idea, but he didn't agree. We were in the middle of the date, he got up and left. I didn’t know what to do.”

However, the 32-year-old said that she later explained her actions to her date, and the pair luckily managed to get over the obstacle following his initial reaction.

“On that day, I was very upset, and he was too. We talked afterwards and I apologised for what happened," she said.

“It was our first date and although it started off on the wrong foot, we managed to move past it. We've gone on many dates since then.

“I was just trying to maintain my healthy routine, but he thought it was too much. Since this episode, I’ve become more careful about how and when to implement my strict diets,” Vanusa admitted.

However, the model has still been committed to her healthy lifestyle, highlighting that 'balance is key' when caring for your wellbeing.

The model added: “Now I seek a healthy life and a real life. I do everything, but always aim to engage in physical activities, any exercise that I enjoy.

“Even going out dancing helps burn calories. So does cycling and cleaning, so the ideal is always to stay active. That is the secret, I believe."

The Playboy star concluded: “I am more at peace with my body, and I strive for balance. I'm allowing myself to go off the diet occasionally. There comes a point when your body stabilises. You can maintain yourself well without needing to make many sacrifices.“
