A married couple who frequent spicy cruises detailed exactly what people get up to each day after revealing the playroom rules online.
Bell and Jase have a long history of participating in swinging or sex cruises and have been transparent about their experiences for several years.
The couple openly post their lifestyle on social media, answering any question that comes their way.
So, when people’s misconceptions about just what goes down on the increasingly popular ‘spicy cruise’ began to pop up, they soon took to TikTok to talk about it.

Bella explained that it’s not ‘spice and partying all the time, just most of the time'.
Within the video, they shared that people do normal things, such as taking workshops about how to orgasm, learning how to fold tulips, and enjoying some parties and music.
She also said that guests can have meals with their friends or ‘participate in the ping pong tournament’, or trivial, crosswords and other fun stuff.
So, it’s not all sex.
Previously, they spoke about the misconceptions of venturing on a spicy cruise.
“People think that swingers go and it’s an open f**k fest and everybody f**ks everybody,” Bella said. “And it’s not like that at all.”

Bella and Jase host their own podcast, discussing their relationship and non-monogamy, as well as sharing ‘spicy cruise' recommendations.
As regular participants, they know the rules like nobody else, but not many people outside of their circle are aware.
So, when Bella filmed the infamous playroom rules, of course, people wanted to know what it said.
What is a spicy cruise?
Spicy cruises are booming in the popularity area, as they are essentially sex parties on a ship.

Whether you’re into swinging, non-monogamy, consensual intimacy with other partners, or hoping to be some couple’s third participant, these cruises are for you.
But there are many rules on board.
Bella and Jase have lifted the lid on the rules before when they joined the Royal Caribbean's Symphony of the Seas.
Jase took the lead to share about what it is really like holidaying among 6,700 other swingers.
He said: "There was about 6,700 swingers on this cruise which was absolutely crazy."

However, the spice was designated to the play rooms or in private cabins.

On one night, Jase said they had a 'very spicy time with some old friends as well as some new friends'.
What a time.
What are the rules on board?
Despite popular belief, swingers aren't just 'getting off' with everyone on-board and there are rules everyone needs to follow so that they can have a good experience.

When Bella and Jase created their TikTok video, they briefly panned across the playroom ground rules, showing viewers most of them...and they are very strict.
The first rule pertains to couples only being able to access the playroom facilities, and that if you are going in on your own without your other half, you should ‘refrain’ from entering.
It also shared how good hygiene is a must and to ‘use the sheets/towels provided and make sure you clean up after you are done’ and absolutely ‘throw any used condoms away in the trash can provided and not on the floor’.
There’s also a first-come-first-served policy where you should go in, ‘do your thing, have a great time, and multiple orgasms cuddle with your partner for a few moments’ before leaving.
Naps should be avoided.
Now, if you’re a watcher, this one is for you.
Essentially, watching is fine, but you’re not allowed to gawk or stare ‘intently for long periods of time’ as this is considered rude.
As for nudity, you can totally strip down when you’re in there, but you need to make sure you’re taking everything with you when you leave!
Also, don’t think that just because you’re in there you can freely join others having fun. Sure, you can ask, but you can also be declined just the same.
As for being loud, the ship says you can moan and grunt until the cows come home, but talking or laughing too loudly is considered to be rude and you need to refrain from doing so.
Above all else, ‘be sure of your aim’. When you’re in the playroom, you need to make sure you’re ‘aiming’ at your intended person and be careful of who is behind them.
If you don’t know what that means, good for you.
What have the couple previously said?
The couple have spoken about their time at sea in much detail, taking to their YouTube channel 4OURPLAY by Bella & Jase, the pair said have previously talked about the good, the bad, and the ugly.
They specifically discussed the negative perception society holds of their community.
"Well, ethical and consensual, non-monogamous relationships are 100 percent valid and loving relationships," Bella explained.
"They are not viewed this way by the majority of people.
"Just like most things that go against societal norms, there's always going to be some kind of backlash in a stigmatised community."
The cost-of-swinging crisis is also a real thing that Jase says makes it hard to keep up with everyone.
"So there's a lot of things that go on behind the scenes, not just the premium of paying to go to be with like minded people, but just what it takes for upkeep to keep these places running," he said.
In a video they posted to their channel, when asked what one of the downsides to swinging is, Bella says: "I think what a lot of people don't know is, that it's super expensive to be in this type of lifestyle."
She explained that not only do you need to pay for membership to clubs, but you also need to pay for door fees, drinks, and of course, hotels - which turns into a lot of money.
In some cases, couples book swinging holidays, which makes the price skyrocket for everyone else.
It’s not all swings and roundabouts!
