A TikTok user has racked up millions of views after sharing the question she's asked at every interview she's ever succeeded in.
Interviewing for a new job is always nerve-wracking, so it would be great to have a sure-fire way to know that you're going to succeed.
Obviously your actual ability to do the job plays a big part of it, but it's also handy to be able to wow the interviewers with your preparedness.

TikTok user Jennifer Reardon - who goes by @notjenneeree on the platform - claims to have discovered the perfect question to ask in order to achieve this, and it's all about dispelling any fears that the interviewers may have.
In the post, Jennifer claims she's been offered the position at 'every job she's ever interviewed for' where she asked this question.
The TikToker assures you don't need to change anything during the majority of the interview process, urging viewers to 'do your interview, be normal'.
However, she notes the key part comes just before the end of the discussion.
"Before you're done, the last question you're going to ask them is something along the lines of, 'Are there any concerns that you have about me that we can address before we end?'" Jennifer says in the video.
Similarly to pitching 'an incessant need to be organised' or 'working too hard' as your weaknesses, asking this question allows you to ensure the interviewers that any worries they may have about you are actually nothing to fear.
"You guys, they will have concerns, and then that's your time to address them and then once you're done addressing them they'll have no concerns," the TikToker continues.
She claims doing this guarantees success, describing the question as her 'secret trick'.
"It works, try it immediately," she adds.
Jennifer's advice has received mixed responses from TikTok users, with some agreeing that it is good advice while others argued it 'puts interviewers on the spot'.
"I've tried this, I just get weird looks, after followed by them saying something like, 'No we already asked you everything' in a sarcastic tone," one wary user wrote, while another countered: "I say: what reservations do you have about my abilities to perform this role? HIRED!!"
Another shared their own bold question to ask at interviews, writing: "After they say 'do you have any questions for us'.. I always say 'can I have the job' and 90 percent of the time I get it."
I suppose it's worth a shot!
