To get a decently ripped body, you have to put a lot of time and effort in the gym and in the kitchen. After months, or even years of work, you will not only have well-toned muscles, but you'd also hope to be pretty strong as well.
But there are people out there who want to skip that whole 'work hard' phase and just get to the 'hench' phase. Sure, we'd all love to be fit and healthy without actually going for a run but that's just not how our bodies work.
However, one champ, who injected his arms with oil to make them bigger, reckons that he can take on a bodybuilder in a fight.
Kirill Tereshin has been accused of 'attention seeking antics' by dying his hair, wearing make-up and claiming to have breast implants.

But his most outrageous body transformation is injecting synthol oil into his arms, which is used by some bodybuilders to 'fluff' the size of their biceps.
Synthol oil injections can cause ulcers, granuloma, pulmonary embolisms, nerve damage and even strokes.
Naturally, Kirill has been nicknamed Popeye because of how outrageous his arms look compared to the rest of his body.
But his antics have drawn the attention of an absolute beast from the Chechen Republic who got his body from the usual way.

Teenager Askhab Tamaev called out Tereshin in a social media video, saying: "Kirill is using synthol because of the lack of relatives' support and low self-esteem because he simply wanted to get some PR.
"Kirill, if you are watching this video, stop doing synthol, keep on working out and eat sport nutrition."
Tamaev apparently got his physique from the stock standard: good nutrition and heavy weights.
But 'Popeye' has responded to the call-out and has asked him for a fight in a semi-cringeworthy video.

Look, I'm no boxer but that has got to be the worst technique. Even though he's got massive biceps, you still need actual strength to be able to do any damage - that is, if you can hit your opponent.
I certainly wouldn't be propositioning a solid looking bloke like that for a fight if my arms were filled with oil. But hey - each to their own.
Kirill said in his clapback video: "I am not afraid of you, I am a Bogatyr (knight)."
We'll have to wait and see whether Askhab accepts the fight and who will be crowned the winner.
