Couples have started 'hamstering' in their cars in bizarre sex trend that will ruin your imagination

You'll never look at a car - or a hamster - in the same way again...

In the world of bizarre sex trends and new positions, 'hamstering' might well be one of the weirdest yet.

It's almost impossible to spend any time on the internet these days without finding out far too much about random couples and their bedroom business, with weird and wonderful trends apparently all the rage.

In case you haven't heard, 'hotwifing' is the way to save your relationship, while some folks are even turning prospective partners into Bob the Builder as a way of getting things fixed before even agreeing on a second date.

While some folks are heading to swingers resorts or festivals as a way of satisfying their sexual needs, others are now using their cars for an unusual new position, which TikTok is describing as 'hamstering'.

What is 'hamstering'?

Although people have been having sex in cars for generations, it's never really been done like this before, and it requires some serious balls on the man's part, if you'll pardon the pun.

You'll only need three things to take part in 'hamstering': a car with a sunroof, a penis, and a willing partner.

If you haven't figured it out already, the man has to lie on top of the car and place his crown jewels through the sunroof so that the partner below can reach up and perform oral sex, in the same way a hamster drinks from its tube.

I am truly sorry for putting that image in your head, but I must warn you that the car will have to be completely stopped in a safe and hopefully private location before you attempt this, or you could be arrested for a number of different reasons.

It's also not advisable in the middle of summer, as lying naked on top of a hot roof is likely to lead to some burning in your genital area, which is never a good thing.

As one TikTok user showed off in a thankfully PG way, the position is likely to require some serious acrobatic ability from the 'thirsty hamster' as cars surprisingly weren't designed for this purpose.

What are people saying about 'hamstering'?

One commenter said: "I think people are having fun becoming more liberated with sexuality etc but the logistics just don't work for me."

Another added: "Are we forgetting accidentally hitting the close button?"

A third wrote: "The thirsty hamster is the new Roman Empire for the girlies."

So, there you have it, if you ever see a car with the sunroof down, you can imagine what the owners might have been getting up to.

Who knows, by the end of 2025, we might have an unusual new winner in the most popular sex positions list...
