Former Arsenal and England star Alex Scott will reportedly appear in this year's upcoming FIFA 22 as its first-ever female commentator.
In a complete game-changer for women's football, the introduction of Scott will see her pick apart games alongside popular names such as Martin Tyler and Derek Rae.
While nothing has been officially confirmed as of yet, the rumour has already caused a lot of buzz on social media ahead of its October release date.

Since retiring from the game, Scott has quickly become one of the UK's most popular football pundits with many applauding her honest analysis and extensive knowledge of the beautiful game.
The ex-defender is now an ever-present figure at the biggest Premier League matches and is even set to replace Dan Walker as the new presenter of BBC Football Focus next season.
Now, according to renowned FIFA leaker @FUTZONECENTRAL, Scott will cement her place in FIFA history by becoming the games' first-ever female commentator - and about time, too.

Introducing Scott on commentary indicates a long-overdue move from FIFA, which still only allows the option to play as a women's international side via Quick Play matches.
With her timely introduction, will FIFA's next step be to finally announce the arrival of domestic women's teams? Only time will tell, but it looks more than likely.
