Bunnie Xo reveals she's still planning to have a baby with Jelly Roll despite divorce
Bunnie XO has said she and Jelly Roll are still planning to have a baby despite recently filing for divorce.
It was revealed this week that Jelly Roll, real name Jason Bradley DeFord, filed for divorce in Tennessee, bringing an end to their almost-decade-long marriage.
Now, Bunnie, real name Alisa DeFord, has spoken publicly about the split for the first time on her Dumb Blonde podcast today, where she opened up about her plans for the future.
Although the two have decided to part ways, it seems to be amicable with Bunnie revealing: “That’s my f***ing best friend, dude. I love him.”

She also announced that the pair will still be going ahead with their plans to have a baby and will co-parent together, even though they’re no longer a couple.
“You guys are going to be shocked, but we’re still having a baby. We’re still having a baby together,” she said.
She continued: "I'm so excited to live my life through a child's eyes, which is why this baby journey, I'm not going to let it break me, and I'm not going to deter it. "And J has been so f***ing great about us still having a baby together and he wants the same thing. And we're just going to raise little Nugget as one big happy family."
Prior to their split, Bunnie had spoken candidly about the couple’s fertility journey.
In her memoir, she wrote that they hoped to one day have twins and we’re having an IVF.
Sharing more details about their shock split, Bunnie revealed that ‘nobody cheated’ and that it was simply a case of them ‘serving their purpose for each other’.
She said that their ‘future is so much more important and being happy and healthy and best friends through this is probably the biggest gift that we could have given each other’.
Bunnie said breakup happened following an argument on Mother’s Day during which she told him: "Well, then file the f***ing divorce papers."
She then packed a bag and left, revealing that the couple didn’t speak ‘for weeks’.
However, despite being the one to suggest it, Bunnie claimed she was left blind-sided when her husband actually did file for divorce.
"He was so mad and we were so emotional that he ended up doing exactly what I told him to do and filing the divorce papers,” she said.
"It was not mutual. Even though I told him to file the divorce papers, I was speaking out of anger and frustration. But was it necessary for us to have a wakeup call and to actually start having these real conversations? Absolutely."

Jelly Roll welcomes a son, Noah Buddy, with an ex. In 2016, Jelly Roll and Bunnie are also granted primary custody of Bailee due to her mother’s substance abuse issues.

Jelly Roll cheats on Bunnie, and the pair temporarily separate. Jelly Roll later calls the affair ‘one of the worst moments of his adulthood’.
He says he ‘did a lot of work to repair that relationship’ on the Human School podcast. They rekindle their relationship later that year.
