Andy Dick has revealed he has 'five to seven holes' in his brain in a shocking health update.
The actor and comedian was filmed suffered an apparent overdose in December 2025 after being filmed slumped over and turning 'blue' in the Hollywood neighbourhood of Los Angeles.
Dick has now addressed his health publicly for the first time during an appearance on Howie Mandel's podcast Howie Mandel Does Stuff on Tuesday (3 March).

"[I was] purple, not breathing," the 60-year-old replied, when Mandel asked if his heart stopped during December's overdose.
Mandel then went on to ask if he remembered anything from the incident, to which Dick said he could only remember 'waking up in the ambulance'.

"There were no bright lights," he added.
Dick revealed that he was unsure what the exact drug he'd taken was, however the comedian's friend Adam Carbone - who'd been with him on the day of the overdose to work on a documentary about his attempts at sobriety - revealed the man who gave him the drug had Narcan.
Naloxone, also known as Narcan, is an opioid antagonist and is often use to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose.
He went on to add that he now lives in a sober living facility and is 'not allowed' to use any substances.
"They drug test you," he said. "I'm not high. I don't take pills. I don't do anything except coffee."
Mandel's daughter and co-host Jackelyn Shultz then asked Dick if his memory had been affected, to which he made the shocking revelation about having holes in his brain.
"They did a CAT scan thing and there's about five to seven holes," he said.
Mandel then went on to clarify if Dick meant to say 'lesions' instead of holes, to which he responded: "I don't think... that's not the word I remember they used."

A representative for Dick has since clarified to Entertainment Weekly that the condition impacting his brain is not related to the 2025 overdose and is instead linked to a 2019 near fatal attack.
"The issue with his brain is from the 2019 attack that almost killed Andy when an unprovoked attacker cold cocked Andy while he was outside of the club he and Paris Dylan had just performed. We are assured that his brain will heal," the representative explained.
The interview just over a month after Dick addressed the overdose publicly for the first time, telling PageSix that he'd been in rehab for nearly two months.
"[I’ve been to rehab] many, many, many, many, many times," he said. "This one feels different, I think, mostly because I actually legit died, and I can’t believe I came back to life."
