Jelly Roll called estranged wife Bunnie Xo his 'best friend' following a shock divorce filing.
It was recently confirmed that the 41-year-old was divorcing his wife of 10 years, with TMZ claiming the couple were separating over ‘irreconcilable differences’ after splitting on 9 May.
Now, the country singer - real name Jason Bradley DeFord - has addressed the news publicly for the first time while onstage last night (18 June), calling the internet a 'liar' over the rumours circulating over the split.
"While we're talking about liars, the internet is a liar too," Jelly Roll told fans in attendance at a show on his Little ASS Shed Tour, which was recorded by fans and shared on Instagram.

"I'm so excited to live my life through a child's eyes, which is why this baby journey, I'm not going to let it break me, and I'm not going to deter it," she continued.
"And J has been so f***ing great about us still having a baby together and he wants the same thing. And we're just going to raise little Nugget as one big happy family."

The podcaster, real name Alisa DeFord, also revealed that her soon-to-be ex-husband was already back in the dating pool. "Has my husband started dating? Yes, he has - and we're happy for him," she said.
"And I'm excited to discover myself single."
Bunnie also shared her opinion on the type of woman she thought Jelly Roll would be after, saying he needs a 'sweet girl' who isn't 'trying to be an influencer'.
