Jeremy Clarkson's partner, Lisa Hogan, made a brutal joke about their sex life as he opened up on his weight loss journey.
The former Top Gear presenter has been rather candid about his experience using weight loss jabs, such as having to deal with trousers falling down at the airport, having to switch up his diet, as well as the differences between Mounjaro and Ozempic (which currently isn't licensed for weight loss).
He and Hogan also aren't shy when it comes to joking about the more intimate details of their relationship.
Indeed, who could forget the 'pig clitoris' joke? It was, seemingly, only a matter of time until the two topics crossed paths.

Speaking about how his life has changed after using Mounjaro in a recent interview with The Sun, Clarkson touched on his surprising lack of side effects while taking the drug.

"Constipation? No, I don’t have that," he revealed, before refusing to rule out if a 'diminished libido' was down to age or drug.
"I’m 65 – it’s hard to know what’s causing that," he said.
Research on whether or not Mounjaro and other GLP-1 drugs, such as Wegovy, impact a person's sex drive is currently limited. According to Phloclinic, some people may notice a decreased libido after starting the drug, while others actually experience the opposite, with several people reporting an increased appetite for sex.
Clarkson also noted that he felt as though he was 'not quite as quick-witted' anymore and that Hogan thought he was a bit grumpier.
"I’m just a little bit duller and not quite as sharp as you should be. I’m just not quite as quick-witted," he said.
"But who’s to say I wouldn’t have thought that when I wasn’t on it."

The Clarkson's Farm host concluded that he would consult with Hogan when he arrived back home, predicting a brutal comment from the 51-year-old.
"I’ll ask Lisa when I get back home - ‘You were never funny and you were never horny, Jeremy’," he added.
Brutal, but not out of character for their relationship.
Clarkson revealed that he'd started using GLP-1 medication last year, following a health scare which saw him undergo emergency heart surgery.
Fortunately, the weight loss journey has been an overall success for the presenter, as he opened up on the many personal benefits he's experienced after losing three stone on the drug – including needing new shoes for his gig on Who Wants To Be a Millionaire? as the old ones were falling off.
"I think I might be the first person in the world to lose weight on my feet," he joked.
