Jojo Siwa's former partner Kath Ebbs has broken their silence on their 'engagement' six months after being brutally dumped by the Dance Moms star.
The 28-year-old Australian - who identifies as non-binary and uses they/them pronouns - seemed to reveal the news that they had gotten engaged during a TikTok live on 1 December.
Ebbs and their partner, footballer Tilly Lucas-Rodd, flashed what appeared to be engagement rings, according to the Daily Mail, sending followers into a frenzy.
However, it seems as if fans very much got the wrong end of the stick.

Taking to their Instagram Stories this morning (3 December), Ebbs typed 'I guess I'm engaged guys' before saying: "Guys, I’m p*ssing myself... So I just woke up and last night me and Tilly – to be fair – Tilly was pranking me and clicked TikTok live."
“I don’t think I’ve ever done a TikTok live in my life," they went on. "But honestly sidenote, it was so fun. We ended up on there for way too long.

"TikTok Lives, as much as I hate that app so much, I think TikTok Lives might be my pocket because it was funny."
Ebbs then went on to address the engagement rumours specifically, saying: "Anyways, me and Tills as a joke – someone asked because we both wear rings on our wedding fingers, so we had a whole running joke that 'yeah, we’re engaged call the Daily Mail, we’re engaged'.

"And I’ve woken up to articles saying that me and Tilly are engaged... And that my friends, is how fickle the news cycle is."
The saga comes just six months after Ebbs' relationship with US singer Siwa came to a bitter end following the latter's stint in Celebrity Big Brother.
The 22-year-old grew close to former Love Island star Chris Hughes, 32, during her time in the house, despite her being in a relationship with Ebbs at the time.
What followed was a very public and messy fallout, which saw Ebbs claim that Siwa had 'love-bombed' them before 'humiliating' them by getting together with Hughes.

It then emerged that Siwa had broken up with their former partner at the wrap party for the UK reality show, prompting the Aussie to air their dirty laundry on social media.
Ebbs claimed that the child star informed them they 'had realised in the house they weren't the person they wanted to spend the foreseeable with', before being dumped.
Siwa later claimed this version of events was ‘not entirely' the truth during an appearance on The Viall Files podcast.
Since, Siwa and Hughes have given things a proper go - and the pair regularly share loved-up snaps and videos of themselves online.
Ebbs, meanwhile, found love with Lucas-Rodd in July in the midst of their heartbreak.

This all comes just days after fans were left concerned for Siwa after footage of Hughes describing himself as 'single' began doing the rounds online.

During an appearance on the latest series of MasterChef, he told viewers: "So, I live on my own. I’ve been single for three years, so it’s not like I’m cooking for anyone.
"If I’m just cooking for myself, no one can appreciate it, apart from me. It’s quite sad really, isn’t it? I need someone there to show off to in the kitchen, I’ve got the judges."
This inevitably caused a stir among fans of the couple - however, Siwa recently shared an Instagram post celebrating her six-month anniversary with the reality star.

Her caption read: "6 months, wouldn't trade one day for anything. Wouldn't trade one day for anything."
It turns out that MasterChef was actually filmed that in spring before Celebrity Big Brother, despite it being released much later in the year - so Hughes was single during filming.
