Is any life event which is safe from being turned into 'content' online? Apparently not, as Clavicular has now livestreamed himself getting a nose job.
The controversial looksmaxxer has built a sizeable online following through using extreme tactics to optimise his appearance.
We're talking repeatedly smacking his face with a hammer to sharpen his jawline and ingesting a shopping list of supplements every day in order to ascend physically.
For his latest stunt, the content creator - real name Braden Peters - paid a visit to celebrity surgeon Dr Michael Salzhauer, AKA Dr Miami, for a nose job.

Shared to his Kick platform under the title 'First ever live-streamed rhinoplasty! Ft. Dr Miami' Peters sat down for a consultation on his nose before going under the knife – all of which is available for us to watch from the comfort of our mobile phones.

Before operating, Dr Miami walked Peters, his entourage and all of his viewers through exactly what he was planning to change.
"Nobody on earth is perfectly symmetrical. Everybody is slightly asymmetrical. Nostrils are like sisters or brothers, they’re not identical twins," he explained, going on to add that Peters' nostrils were slightly too large to fit into conventional beauty standards.
"What I’m going to do this morning is take in a tiny bit of the nostril over here, a little more on this side than that side. Just a tiny bit, to bring them closer together and get us as close as we can to what people would consider the perfect beauty standard."

As well as narrowing down his nostrils, Dr Miami also revealed that he would be altering the tip of Peters' nose ever so slightly to make it appear less 'feminised'.
"If you look at the angle the tip of his nose makes with the upper lip... It's a little bit more feminised than you'd like to be," he explained. "I'm going to try and lengthen this slightly."
Now personally, I think Clavicular's nose looks perfectly fine. He's not got a deviated septum or extensive breathing issues, and his nose doesn't have any major lumps or bumps in it.
And yet, it seems to be a procedure the content creator has been thinking about for a while, with Dr Miami noting that the surgery wasn't an impulse decision for the 20-year-old.

The entire stream lasted for four hours, which included Peters' initial consultation, the entire surgery and the initial stages of recovery.
This isn't the first time in which Dr Miami has shared videos of his work, the surgeon regularly shares surgery content on Snapchat, however it is the first cosmetic procedure to be broadcast live, a decision which some viewers found a little strange.
"Anything for clout and clicks," read one person's reaction, while another commented: "Trading your natural face for clout while thousands watch like it's a cooking stream. We're not evolving, we're just speedrunning insecurity for views."
