We’re now over a week into this year’s Olympics and it’s certainly not disappointed in delivering content.
From triathletes in grim conditions and shocking feuds between competitors to Simone Biles being the GOAT and medallists using ‘no equipment’ - the choices have been countless.
But one thing many fans have been loving isn’t necessarily the sports themselves but a certain crowd member. Snoop Dogg, of course.

The ‘Drop It Like It’s Hot’ rapper helped kick off this year’s Olympics when he carried the torch and has since been enjoying various events while working for American channel NBC.
And after he showed up for a sport earlier today (3 August), fans are demanding a special medal for him.
Snoop was more than ready when he rocked up to the dressage team Grand Prix Special as he looked prepped to take to a saddle himself.

Joined by TV legend Martha Stewart, the rapper was fully kitted out in breeches, a dressage tailcoat and hard hat as he took a trip around the Chateau de Versailles venue.
Fans may know the 52-year-old is a fan of the sport, as he commented on dressage at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and referred to German rider Isabell Werth’s mount as a “crip-walking horse’.
Apparently Snoop’s presence today caused a bit of a buzz as Team GB member Carl Hester said: “I didn’t get to meet him, but of course the talk of the stables was that he was here and everyone was looking for him on the camera.
“It’s great he’s enjoying dressage and he was here.”

Users took to X sharing snaps of ‘Snoop Horse’ as fans joked: “No sport is safe from Snoop Dogg.”
Getting excited for the events, he previously told NBC: “I am interested in the horses that dance, and giving them carrots and apples.”
Well, I hope Snoop got to feed a few of them today.

One person wrote on X: “They need to give Snoop Dogg a GOLD medal along with the athletes for keeping us entertained during the Olympics.”
Another agreed: “If anyone needs a participation award it’s Snoop Dogg.”
Plenty reckon he’s been the ‘highlight of the Olympics’ as many say: “Snoop Dogg at the Paris Olympics is exactly what I didn’t know I needed.”
While they hope he gets an award for being so great there, it’s safe to say it’s widely agreed that Snoop is ‘having the time of his life’.
