Glastonbury Festival 2022: Forecasters Are Predicting Largely Sunny Weather For Glasto

After two years of pandemic cancellations, Glastonbury is back, and better than ever.

Some of the biggest artists from around the world are headlining including Billie Eilish, Paul McCartney and Kendrick Lamar

Glastonbury is taking place as always, at Worthy Farm in Somerset, and weather forecasters have said that we are in for a treat with the conditions this year.

So, what exactly will this week look like for festival-goers weather-wise? Feast your eyes on this…

Weather Forecast For Glastonbury 2022:

According to Accuweather

Wednesday 22nd June is set to be mostly sunny and pleasant, with temperatures of up to 23 degrees.

Thursday 23rd June is forecasted to be similar to the day previous, however slightly warmer with temperatures of up to 25 degrees.

Friday 24th June will be a little cloudier, temperatures will dip slightly, with the peak reaching 19 degrees.

Saturday 25th June will feature a spell of afternoon rain, and temperatures will drop to around 18 degrees.

Sunday 26th June will be the last and coldest day of the festival, with spells of rain and temperatures of up to 15 degrees.

All in all, we’d say that’s looking like a pretty good week of weather for a festival, right?

Festival-goers are still however encouraged to pack for all eventualities.

As we know, the British weather likes to do its own thing, especially during summer.

It is however bad news for Hayfever sufferers, as it has been warned by the Met Office that the pollen count is set to be ‘very high’ throughout the course of the week, I guess we can’t have everything!
