Coldplay fans rush to buy last-minute Craven Park tickets after 'stunning' performance from Chiedu Oraka

Coldplay fans are making a last-minute dash for Craven Park tickets after a 'stunning' performance from support act Chiedu Oraka.

Last night (Monday, August 18), the Yellow hitmakers kicked off the UK leg of their Music of the Spheres World Tour in Hull for the first time.

Their debut was described as a 'once in a lifetime experience' by fans, but it was the support act who really stole the show.

Rising star Chiedu Oraka, who has also opened for Skepta, was enlisted by Chris Martin to support the Craven Park performances - and fans were blown away by his set.

"Chiedu Oraka absolutely smashed it at Coldplay," one fan wrote on TikTok.

Another said, "Omg you smashed it, wow, wow, wow." A third added: "He was so good, he played his verse twice."

Where to buy Coldplay Craven Park and Wembley Stadium tickets

Coldplay's final performance at Hull's Craven Park will take place tonight (Tuesday, August 19). At the time of writing, resale tickets are still available on the following sites: StubHub, Viagogo, and Ticombo. Ticket prices kick off from £121.

As for their 10 show dates at Wembley Stadium, Ticketmaster is planning to release extra tickets in the countdown to the gigs. If you're keen, you can register your interest here.

Coldplay Craven Park start times and support acts

Craven Park will open at 4pm and Chiedu Oraka and Ayra Starr will support.

Coldplay are expected to take to the stage between 8.30pm and 9pm. As per previous shows, the set will last for around two hours.

As for Chris Martin's Wembley gigs, the likes of Starr, Tems, Beabadoobee, Chloe Qisha, Elyanna, and Gustavo Dudamel and the Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela, have been confirmed to support on select nights.
